Almost sold my house!
 

For those of you somewhat familiar with my circumstances....

As long as financing for the buyers goes through, we are supposed to close tomorrow at 4 :00 P.M. :] :] Woo Hoo! No more double house payments! What a burden lifted off my back. It is bittersweet, though. I do feel like I'm leaving him behind. But I took the day off of work tomorrow just in case I'm emotional about it. I think I will be OK. It has been 15 months today since he died, and I haven't shed a tear over it. So, that's a first!

Anyhow, just thought I'd "come in out of the darkness"... of lurking, that is. I haven't found anything interesting to talk about lately. :shrug:

Uh, I think so.... they are not so catty "to my face" now... Dunno about behind my back! LOL :laugh:

Anyhow, thank God, their financing went through, and I am now the proud unowner of 2 houses! :] And, I didn't fall apart in the process! An added bonus!

Congratulations!!! My sister and her hubby just sold a house as well...it was a pain in the ass...and it took them forever....so I'm very glad that you were able to sell your and no more double payments...that has to be a plus for ya!! Good luck with work as well :)
