You can't do much, but you can convert the show into WAV & then use a sound-editing tool (like CoolEdit or Creative WAV Studio) to beef up the volume, normalize, pan, phase-shift, echo, etc.
When the source is bad, however, nothing can make significant improvements, especially not a typical home workstation type of program (many of which are free or inexpensive). |
