how do i do that? i just copied and pasted what was in the banner, there were no graphics, only this written subject line.

Shift Print Screen and then paste into a graphics program. What is the URL that you are using too?

it was on the stevie nicks singles discography page, where one can now find a joanne.com banner.

Hey-- you're right. The adserver on that page was from TEC, a webhosting company that I used YEARS ago and is now defunct. Their server is still spitting something out though as you saw. I just changed all 44 entries to the current adserver. Thanks for pointing that out. As you know too, a totally new discography is on the way...
