VH1's I Love The 90s...

Am I the only person that was sort of dissapointed with the series? Maybe it was because in actuality, the 90s were sort of lame? I thought they missed a lot of things in the 90s that I half expected them to make mention of. For example, remember the whole pog craze? As far as television is concerned, there was no mention of TGIF, The Real World etc.

What do you think they should have included on the show???

I agree...

It sucked BIG TIME. I didn't even watch it last night...who cares. I Love the 70's and I Love the 80's were WAYYYYY (Infinity) better than that crapfest.

I hear they are going to do I Love the 90's Strikes Back with more crappy stuff....WHY GOD WHY!!?!??!

The one good thing...Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise. Hehe.

Of course they'll do a strikes back. And i'm sure they'll do the 70s and the 80s five more times  If they do a strikes back on the 90s, hopefully it'll be better than this one.

If anything, they should do a 70's strikes back (I bet thats next), with more Stevie and Mac mentions. I thought it was ridiculous how Rumours didn't even get a mention, when it was the biggest selling album of all time (up until that point)!

I was surprised that considering VH1 is sponsoring this leg of the tour that they didn't get a mention for reuniting in 1997 nor did they mention the band playing the innaguration in 93'.

They mentioned The Real World. :P

They shoulda mentioned Buffy & the rest of the WB stuff, Titanic, etc.

To me it wasn't quite as up to par as the rest of the I Love The... series. I think it's because it's a bit too soon to be doing one for the 90s. It's only 2004. Part of the appeal of the other two was the nostalgia aspect; the "Oh, I remember that! I forgot all about it!" Of course, I'm no one to say, considering I was born in '87. So whatever.

Lindsey was a Macho Man of 77 as well.

In 1986, Stevie was also the Wicca Babe.

Why do I remember so much about this show? Oh, I forgot. Because VH1 plays the HELL out of them. It's better than Fabulous Life/A2Z, I guess.

The deal with the "Strikes Back"/"Deux" series is this: there's one big interview session and everything that you saw made the cut. Everything that didn't make the initial cut goes to the secondary series - the Strikes Back, etc. My guess is that is when we'll see hopefully some FM, Buffy, Titanic, etc.

I know too much about this show. o_O

I still cannot believe that Rumours was not on the 70's MORONS at Vh1 probably ran by idiots! Well vh1 is owned by MTV

I haven't really cared for the I Love the 90's either. I've only watched a few of the them. I feel like the 90's just happened and I can remember them well and I don't need to see a series remenicing about them. Besides I don't think the 90's were that interesting anyway.
