If your house was on fire....
...and you only had time to grab one piece of FM related material, what would you grab???
I'd probably go for my Tusk re-issue if I could get to it because of course, Sara would comfort me after my house burnt down. If I was downstairs where my vinyls were I'd probably grab Rumours because...it's Rumours! And it's in pretty nice condition too. It looks better than the copy they used on "The Making of Rumours" DVD :D |
The Dance DVD... and I will manage to get the CD, too. That was the thing that started me on Fleetwood Mac, so I think I'd like to think that I could re-start all over again from the same place. :)

The tickets I have for September!

Interestingly enough, my boyfriend and I were returning home to my apartment on Saturday night and saw the fire trucks and cop cars surrounding my building. I freaked out because I thought there was a fire in my building and the thought of my autographed Buckingham Nicks LP and tour book from the Madison show burning because someone can't open a window to cook pizza made me furious! My boyfriend started to freak out because our tickets to the Cedar Falls show were in my apartment...Fortunately, my building wasn't on fire. It turns out that some moron started a fire in the dumpster nearby. So, to get to the point, in case of a fire, I would take my BN LP and tour book (I have them tucked safely away in a bag in my closet). The actual LP was given to me by my dad when I first got into the Mac and holds a lot of meaning to me because of that and the fact that Lindsey signed it in Madison.

I would have to take all my vinyls! Bare Trees, White, Rumours, Tusk, Live 80, Mirage, TITN, Bella, Wild Heart, Rock a lil, TOSOTM.
Nope I can't pic 1 :p |
Ack!!
I'd save my teddy bear I've had since I was 2....then, I would grab my BN album signed by Lindsey and then grab my OOTC signed LP off the wall. LOL
I know you said one, but we are die hard FM fans...come on!! |
I wouldn't save anything replacable, so even my favorite albums like Tusk could be replaced easil;y, so I'd take something I couldn't replace like the pictures I took of the Buffalo show.

This is a tough one..............
It would have to be my promo flat signed by all the Rumours line up members, and my BN album and Go Insane album signed by Lindsey. They are stored together for a fast getaway. :p

I would...
die in the fire trying to decide what the hell to actually save:
"Hmmmm...Do I save my Mac collection or my Beatles' collection? Do I save my prized self-contained burners or my cassette collection? Do I save my Stevie Nicks autograph or my..." Nuff' said Brian "Burnt beyond all recognition...But still undecided" j. |
My SYW special edition CD signed by LB.

I'd grab my cats and the teddy bear I've had since I was a baby first, and then I'd try and save my prized tour program collection. I have every Fleetwood Mac program from Rumours 'til now, as well as tons of Blondie, Tom Petty and U2 programs. Then I'd try and get my 45 collection, and then my magazines. My CDs (All 300 or so of them) are all in a wallet, so I'd probably be able to grab those, too. I'm lucky that I keep all of this stuff together. I can't choose just one thing :p.

But the cats would be saved first. |
Oh man! Let's just hope that doesn't happen. :distress: Because I have no idea what I'd take... Maybe my records that are all toghether in one bag, or my cds that are on a box (well most of them anyway)... or my magazines.
