Hey! Just wanted to let everyone know that we finally got the site back up! All of the content is not added yet, but a lot of it is. I'll be adding the rest back throughout the next weeks.

You can check out Lindsey's new Official site at www.lindseybuckingham.com

Jessica :wavey:

Finally! Thanks so much for finishing it, I was waiting for what seemed like years!

Thanks...

Jessica...It is very appreciated for the hard work that goes into a website (Now if there can only be a John McVie official website we would all be happy.)

It's a really nice-looking site, I think. Nice color scheme & cool use of Flash.

I spent some time poring over the articles in the articles section. Many of them are articles I originally read in the Blue Letter Archives (BLA). The articles in the BLA were hunted down (purchased, in some cases), transcribed & submitted to Marty & Lisa, & the appropriate people were duly credited (longtime ledgies like Ali, Anusha, Les & dozens of others).

Did the Lindsey Buckingham organization track down & transcribe all the articles for the new site? I remember a little trouble with the then-new Mick Fleetwood official site -- apparently, those guys ransacked some of the fan sites for content & didn't credit them.

Apart from the depravity over at Mick's site, I doubt that an official site would do something like that, so I assume that these articles were taken from the original newspapers & mags, or that an OK was given to use them.

I have been running the Lindsey site for 2 + years now. The articles put on the new Official version of my site have been transferred from the old version of my site.

I have been transcribing and collecting from newspaper's online sites, etc. for a long time now to obtain all of the articles included in the site. I did this while the old version of the site was up and when the old version went down last year, I continued to collect articles and yes, purchase some of them, to use for the site once it came back.

I guarantee you I have spent many, many long hours to obtain any content on the site. None of it was "stolen" from any other sites. All of the articles on the new site before September 2003 were posted at the old lb.com. I have been collecting more and more articles during the time it has been down.

Maybe you do not realized this is the same site that used to be up at lindseybuckingham.com?

Jessica.

The site looks fabulous, Jessica!

I'm so glad it's back up, you've been missed :woohoo:

Welcome Back! It's been well worth the wait!

The site looks terrific! I can't wait until all that great content you have on the old one gets put back up. I love that you're going to have banners and buddy icons and all those great fan-friendly things. You can tell a true fan runs this site. :)

Thanks for the comments guys! I've been really excited to share the new site with everyone!! I can't wait to get the rest of the stuff up!!

Jessica :D

Hey Jessica

Just gotta say again that the LB site is phenomenal!! We all appreciate your hard work and the long hours you've put in! Can't wait to see the rest... congrats! :]

*Props for Jessica*

It's still up, kick-ass! I just wanted to stop in and give you a heads up as I know it's been ages, say 'hey' to the bf for me too ;)

Hey Jessica!
The site looks great! Can't wait until all the info is up :) Do you remember me from Omaha? You probably thought I was some psycho weirdo and wondering how the hell I knew who you were, but I asked you if you were Jessica - I recognized you from the shirt you had on, I remembered your post a long long time ago describing it. Anyway, I stood by you and your mom all night. Keep up the good work! :)

Good to see it back, Jessica! :)

SWEET!
