Why the fan club/Fan Fire is annoying...
 

So...I FINALLY received my $25 coupon for purchasing a platinum ticket package to Madison, and I decided to use it yesterday. My order came to like $10 with shipping and such. I go to check my bank account today and there are now four different charges from Fan Fire for $37.80 each pending on my account. The guy at my bank said Fan Fire might not have received a response when sending my order info to my bank the first time, and thus sent it another three times...Apparently it takes two to three business days to sort things out, but until then, my bank holds the money from the pending charges..so, basically I can't spend $151.20 of MY OWN MONEY because of stupid Fan Fire! :rolleyes: I don't have much $$ in the first place and only placed an order to use the $25 coupon...this is annoying as hell! I won't be buying anymore crappy Mac merchandise from Fan Fire anymore... :mad:

Might I suggest going to the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.com) and filing a complaint with Fanfire? It can't hurt.

I'm pissed with FanFire too. They orginally told me I had front row to the Concord show. Now they sent me an email saying that due to production changes I am now in the second row. That's still good but I was all excited about the front row. :mad:

WTF? Production changes? That is so lame!!!! :mad:
