Less than 5 hours to go!!! I am so excited. We're heading to a nice restaurant before the show so I hope I'll be able to eat my dinner! I guess not too many people from here are going tonight? I wonder how many seats were sold?

A couple notes on the show...

First off, it looked about 90% full to me. Which is good I guess. The band came out about 20 minutes late, but it was still light out for a while after the show started. They sounded really good tonight, err...last night. Stevie showed no signs of ever being sick, as her voice was stronger than I've heard it in a very long time. I felt bad for them though, because it was sooooo humid in that place! Anyways, as for the songs, once again, there was no Silver Springs :distress: . That kinda bummed me out. Lindsey had more guitar trouble on Red Rover, so he had to start it over. "He strives for perfection" - Stevie. Stevie dedicated Landslide to us as always, saying "It's a song you've all heard since you were like 2" . She's probably right!

Well, maybe I'll add a few more notes later on.

We really enjoyed the show too. My husband said that he thought they were better on The Dance tour, but I think he was still smarting because we had to park a mile away from the venue and walk . That really s*cked big time because we ate in a nice resturant before the show and I wore high heels. Stupid me didn't realize the parking situation otherwise I would have brought my sneakers. But Stevie sounded fantastic, Lindsey was his usual crazy self. We really loved "Red Rover" and my personal favorite was "Second Hand News" among other old favorites. We actually left after the first encore, so can anyone tell me what the other encores were? On another note, I was kind of dissappointed with the fanclub seats. We were in the 11th row, but all the way to the side. At one point there wasn't anyone in front of us, and Stevie came over to our side. My husband and I were waving our arms over our head and Stevie looked at us, smiled and started waving to us. At least it looked like she was waving to us. Very, very fun evening! :]

Some more really random thoughts on the show...

I really like the bit during Sara where they show the part from the Tusk video. Sometimes there were huge red blurs where Tusk Stevie's head was supposed to be, but that was probably just the screen itself. I loved the little back bend Stevie does during the "like a willow I can bend" part of Stand Back. I felt really bad sitting down during Say Goodbye, b/c I wanted to show how much I liked it, but I didnt want everyone around me getting pissed off. Like half of the crowd got up for beer during that song, and I felt bad for Lindsey. Oh well, like he cares. Hmmm, what else can I think of?...I Know I'm Not Wrong was cool, everyone was up and dancing. I was suprised by how the crowd knew almost everyone song, and was singing along for most of the show (and many knowing the little Stevie dances). There must have been quite a few multi-concert goers there last night. Overall, an awsome night for Fleetwood Mac, and for The Meadows!

Hartford Rocked!!!!!!!!

The Hartford show kicked A$$!! It topped the Mansfield show in my opinion. Everyone was very energized last night as they were more sedate at the Mansfield show. Stevie wasn't feeling well for a week or so but she sure looked 100% fine and fit to me as she spun so many times during Sara, Gold Dust Woman and Stand Back and a little twirl or two on Rhiannon. I noticed not as many shawls as Mansfield and the fuzzy scarf from the Today show which wore in Mansfield was not present during this show. Lindsey really thrashed his guitar during many songs like Come, ISA, GYOW, etc and during Mansfield the only time he got that way was during Come. The crowd in Hartford was excellent and made the Mac so welcomed! I screamed after the conclusion of each song and up on my feet 98% of the night. I will definitely post my review later in the concert review section of the Penguin but I want to praise the Mac! What an incredible night!!!!!
