Buckingham Nicks Live - where are the rest?

I was really surprised at the quality of these live tracks and also surprised at how rocking BN were. If anyone gave FM a "soft rock" reputation it certainly wasn't these two.

The drummer is fantastic - does anyone know if this is Jim Keltner?

Who "released" these tracks?
Where are the rest from the show?

Inquiring minds must know!
