It was the tour (Tusk I think) in Japan.

It was the Rumours tour in Japan.... remember? Lindsey still had a 'fro going on... and stevie hadn't gotten hers yet (aka the tusk poodle 'do)

Ah, but she DOES put her hair in the "Tusk poodle 'do," or the "Sara hive" as I used to call it. It's when she's putting on make up backstage I think, and I think she even explains how she puts her hair that way. But yes, this was during the Rumours tour, as they were asking Chris about a lot of the Rumours songs (why she plays the chair in SHN, and what the deal with Songbird is).

I love the Tusk poodle do. I think the Sara bird's nest hairdo is stunning. Stevie looks like a goddess. Would I stay if she promised me heaven ? Damn straight. And I am as queer as a 3 dollar bill ! :thumbsup:

lol... yes... but Tusk had a very different perm and cut... much smaller curlers were used during tusk than for her rumours perm... and the top is cut much shorter.... like in this picture... http://www.nicksfix.com/nicksfix131.jpg but during rumours.... she had longer layers (not that short stuff on top that resembled the top of a poodle's head with ears hanging on either side) and not as tight of a curl... like this.... http://www.nicksfix.com/nicksfix106.jpg lol... which, like you said, could still have been like a hive with its curliness... because any curly hair can get kinky and tangly.... lol sh*t man it's almost 3 am and i'm discussing the curliness of stevie's hair through the years... put me to bed.
