Nervous About Concert
 

First, I am sorry they cancelled the Nissan show due to Stevie's illness. But in the past she has had trouble with her voice and didn't the band or Stevie singing solo have to cancel more than one show due to throat problems? I think the fact that Christine isn't there to pick up some of the solo singing hasn't helped Stevie rest her throat. OK, that's one thought. My second thought is I am supposed to see FM on the 8th in Hartford. What if she really pushes herself and doesn't really rest and then have to cancel Hartford? On top of that, I called Fanfire a number of times and they said the tickets "should be on their way." SHOULD???. In the dictionary, the meaning of should is : obligation, duty. Why couldn't they say they are on their way via UPS or something and then I could easily track the tickets. I know I should calm down, but I have had about 3 cups of coffee already. Thanks for letting me vent. :eek:

I can breathe again. My tickets for Hartford just arrived at my doorstep, and I was in the bathroom! Thank goodness I didn't need to be around. :p I am really shocked I got these tickets so soon considering the concert is on the 8th of June. Hey that rhymes... :shocked:

PS - I'm sure they wont cancel the Hartford show. If they do I'll kill somebody! Especially since these tix were $150 a piece :shocked:

I'm flying to NYC to see them at Jones Beach on th 6th - they damn well better not cancel that show!

Although really, considering the 100+ shows they've done for the Say You WIll tour, very few shows have been cancelled (Memphis, Oberhousen, Nissan, I think that's all?), so the odds are hopefully in our favour!

Thanks guys. I paid $150.00 a piece for our tickets as well. I was contemplating on seeing them at Jones Beach also, it's such a fantastic place for a show. Unfortunately I have to go to a Christening that day. I saw Creed at Jones Beach a few years ago and we were in the 7th row for that. I haven't seen FM since The Dance concert in Atlantic City, so I am so excited for this. It's also my 13 year wedding anniversary. :blob2:
