Christine really belts it out on this one! Her voice almost has a raspy quality to it, I've never heard her like this before, but I like it!

I'm not crazy about it. I'm probably the only one. :shrug:

I love the blusy keyboards, but not crazy about the vocals. She was obviouly just filling the vocal and not really singing it. It's a rough take.

I LOVE it.

Also, like ChiliD (I think) mentioned, prior to FM FM, Cristine sang a little differently than she did when La Nicks and the Buck joined. She was blusier. I think Butter Cookie has a lot of that older sound to it.

I love it, especially her piano.

I love it, but I don't hear any raspiness in her vocal. I don't think Chirs is capable of sounding raspy. It's one of the best things on all the new remasters. :)

Uh, I think I'm on the fence about this one. I can take it or leave it. I kind of think her voice sounds thin and strained not raspy.

You can always see colors through McVie’s standout keyboard playing. Definitely has emotional impact on me…..

But as for McVie's voice here? I prefer her on a "clear" day..... :)

I like it - but I thought she was singing "Don't leave me in despair." Have to go back and listen again. :)

It's just alright for me.

I get this one stuck in my head most often. I absolutely love it!

Not only do I love "Butter Cookie," but I love butter cookies! They are so rich & sugary. Mmmm.....
