Anyone else lose their VH1????
 

I have dish network and i can't beleave that the fleetwood mac
documentary will be on sunday and a few days ago dish
network pulled vh1,mtv,nick,and some others. This means
1.6 million people lost those channels. my question is,
will vh1 release the documentary on dvd because so many people won't be able to see it. even worse..not enough time
to switch to direct tv to see it..this really sucks:(

Yep, I lost my channels. I don't know if it will be released on DVD or not. It does really suck.

Yes, I lost my Viacom channels as well. I *can't* believe this. I'm hoping that negotiations will work and the channels will be returned, and before Sunday. I'm trying to find a friend who has another satellite/cable provider, who will tape it for me.

So disappointing - we wait a year + for this documentary, and the greediness of this media outlet ruins it for so many. Well, cross your fingers, my Dish Network friends.....

Good news - the channels are back on the air!!! Looks like Dish Network negotiated a long term contract with Viacom. Now those with Dish Network will be able to watch the FM special! :)

Channel comes in a little ****ty on my cable now that they switched the stations around and moved VH1 up to #65!!!!! Channel #23 is much clearer than #65. Personally, I don't care to see the Home Shopping Network THAT cyrstal clear. We shall see though.
