I finally received a reply to my email to the club, with concerns over the new presale....

here is what I wrote

so we will not know what seats we have UNTIL we receive the tickets? If that is the case I will sit this presale out...I want to know what I'm getting before I purchase it..

The reason we do not disclose seat location is to deter scalpers from participating in the pre-sale. We assure you that the seats will great seats with rows 1-30.
