Why do I get the feeling that some one reads the Ledge, hmmm.... Trying to sooth us I suppose, though i still can't say I'm enamored with the ticket buying, I do like to see what I'm paying for. And the backstage pic is of what exactly? Can't say I buy their excuse for ticket scalpers, but you have to admit this club does reply to outcry rather quickly. As I side note I did notice that I got my e-mails after I signed into the club site, for some reason this triggers a sending to me, otherwise I seem to miss them. Oh, and I am still missing my "gift" like most fellow sufferers.

We want to reassure you regarding the ticket packages which are being offered to fans and to give a detailed explanation of these packages since we understand some of you have concerns.

The Platinum package is a very limited offering, only 50 per show, of a complete concert experience. The experience includes a exclusive shirt only for the Platinum experience, a autographed tour program and a backstage tour prior to the show that includes a keepsake photo of the backstage tour. We have held 950 prime seats (some starting with row one) per show to ensure that everyone in the fan club can purchase good tickets under the bronze presale. Although we don't set the price of a ticket, the $10 service charge is less than Ticketmaster.

The Platinum package isn't meant for everyone. It is a way for the band to offer an entire evening experience to a few of the fans who desire it.

Because this is not going through TicketMaster, as the last tour presale did, you can be assured that when we list rows, we will deliver those tickets. We have taken complete control to assure we get what we want for the fans.

Exact seat and row locations are not given in advance for a number of reason, the primary being... it would be very easy for brokers to then join the fan club to buy up the tickets and sell or auction them. Taking away the chance for the fans to get the seats. Without knowing the location they will not be able to do this.

We are confident that once the tour begins and you receive your tickets you will be very happy!

Fleetwood Mac Fan Club

In 2002 I joined the No Doubt FanClub Mailing list for FREE! Members were given presale codes for FREE! All of the floor seats were standing room only. I was able to get a floor ticket. I got to the arena not to early where I was able to stand 1 row of people back from the left side of the stage, kinda like being in the 2nd row. Oh yeah the ticket was like $55. No Doubt doesn't charge absurd ticket prices to rip their fans off like Fleetwood Mac.

I'll be going to the Nashville show but could care LESS about some backstage thing since ive been backstage there 3 times over the years for FREE. A tour book? Someone forgot to mention who was autographing it. I would never pay for a generic autograph from anyone. If its not signed in front of me I don't want it. I have other Fleetwood Mac autographs that I have gotten for FREE before. So Fleetwood Mac can take their $500 package and stick it you know where. I hope they end up eating most of them. If ALL of the money was going to some charity, then I might consider it.

Amen. We're a society of whores and sellouts. $$$$$, that's what this culture's about. Little more....
