Fleetwood Mac.com - having trouble....
 

Hello!
I cannot access this site any longer - I get a blank screen that says Fleetwoodmac.com at the top. I can't click anywhere. I am getting sporadic emails from the FM club and when you hit reply it's an addy to REMOVE you from the fan club! (says unsubscribe...) I got an email about some Platinum thing but it didn't say cost or anything and talked about Bronze and assuring us of tickets but it seemed like an email that followed another that I didn't get?

Does anyone have any info or know how I can get the right fan club info and get into the site?

It just worked for me - are you using a bookmark from the old, SabreMark site? Have you tried typing it out in your addy bar?

I type it out and this is what I get:

it takes me right there when I type out www.fleetwoodmac.com and there's nothing there but the name of the site and I can't click? I dont know why?

Same with my mom!!!

SHe can't log into the site. Whenever she puts here name and password in it takes her to a page that says another user has this information. OF COURSE ITS HER!! But i read the thing above about the old bookmarks. Thats how she access's it. We will give it a try!

I paid $80 less than a year ago and I have sent them 4 emails to ask why I can't access the website. But, I now get emails from them and got the 2004 calendar. I was told to "re-register", which I did, but it doesn't recognize me as a platinum member.

I'm not sure who else to contact there. So far, the last two emails to the addy provided for help have been unreturned. The only replies I did get were standard, form-letter types.

Does anyone have an additional contact email for support or some type of customer service? For $80, I think I should at least get a full year out of the membership.....

What I really want to know is when tickets actually go on sale (for the NJ/Camden date), so I don't miss anything.
