Happy days are here again

That's what our parents sang when the American entered Europe.
The kids do the same, with love, peace and patience.

But after 23 years FM is visiting Europe with Lindsey again.
I WISH IT WOULD BE MOVEMBER 13TH , EVERY DAY.

Already 40 years and as exciting as a child who'll gets his first Xmas present.

They'll enter november 9th in Frankfurt-Germany, so if you are there, let us know, we will do the same after the Bottrop gig.

Hey Will.

I know exactly what you mean. I'm also 40 but I feel like I'm 14 LOL. Just 2 weeks away from the concert in Oberhausen, I can hardly wait anymore. It's been such a long time. And I don't care what dress Stevie wears or "uniform", she could be in sweatpants. I'll love her anyway. I'm just happy she's still performing and she's doing a damn good job.
They will arrive in Germany on Nov. 4 and I take it they will be in Frankfurt. At least they get a couple of days of rest.
FLEETWOOD MAC, HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Debbie,

I can asure you we will have the time off our lives. Let's hope they'll play a lot of oldies, not the usual stuff. I'll try and get a camera in so there is a prove that i was one of them, and not a dream(s). I hope they enjoy playing Europe again, so the sparkle comes over Germany, We could welcome them with a song?

Like John Sebastians "welcome back". How are all the other ledgies??
I was expecting more feedback!
Ohh, Debbie, one more question, what means LOL?
i have no clue,
See you in heaven (Oberhausen). We'll meet in heaven's gate november 13th for the magical, fantastic, FLEETWOOD MAC.

By the way, what happend to Karin from the fanclub, and do you still contact people who were member??
If you don't want to answer that, then don't.

LOL means Laughing Out Loud.

Welcoming them with a song is a great idea!!!! Maybe we can change the lyrics of Welcome Back, Kotter into Welcome Back, The Mac LOL ;)

I'll be taking my camera with me also, I don't want to miss anything and have memories I can touch. I've found out where the backstage entrance is and I'll be waiting there.

Last thing I heard was that Karin moved to Switzerland but that was like 15 years ago. I never see her. As for the others, I never see them either, except for Brenda. She's my best friend. We've known each other for 20 years now thanks to Fleetwood Mac. Remember Jackie? Never seen her anymore either.

See you in Oberhausen, singing, swinging and rocking the house down!!!!!!!!!!!!

Must be the night for 40 year old people who go to Frankfurt and Oberhausen. :). I'll be there on both concerts and I still can't believe that I get to see the band again live. That is the chocolate on the cherry on the icing of the cake, so to speak.

Bumperke 10-31-2003 01:57 AM

So you learn everyday.
I'm not good at chat-terms, like those U use. Ohh here i go, (kiddin').
Debbie you wrote "Remember Jackie? Never seen her anymore either", yeah i do remember her all do i never saw or met her.

Does anyone know what or who will play before FM? I know i once saw ASIA, Chris de Burgh, who's playing now? And you found the backstage entrence, we definitly have to meet. Perhaps we can stay in touch over the last 2 weeks.

A little note for MissJanet.
O well we are getting a little older, pure classic sentiment, but who cares, and honestly, i do envy you, see them twice in one week. You can compare the concerts, your memory always keeps the best concert.
I'll start a new thread with the welcoming song in Oberhausen.
I might get a Grammy award:laugh:
Lets get loud, and have a lot of funnnnnnnn:p :p :D :D

I don't think they have a supporting act and I for one am glad about that. I wanna see Fleetwood Mac, not some other band I don't like or never heard of.
When did Asia open for Fleetwood Mac? I've never seen them but maybe I was still outside trying to get backstage passes. Wasn't Deacon Blue opening for them in 1988? I know in 1990 it was Chris de Burgh and I was thinking:"Get off that stage". I don't like his music at all.

Do you have general admission tickets? If so, you better be there early.

Just 13 days to go.... I can't believe I'm gonna see them, can you?!
