No matter how much I like Thrown Down, I want Destiny Rules to win.

I can't believe EFO was thrown out! That song rocks 10x as hard as "Destiny Rules"!

Hands down, it's gotta be "Thrown Down"! I just can't get past Stevie's deadpan vocals on "Destiny Rules", especially at the beginning. :shrug: Other than that, DR is a great song.....the lyrics are A1!

Between these two, I like the lyrics in TD a little more & the vocals in TD a LOT more.

"Thrown Down" it should be. Lindsey's guitar is very varied throughout it and when Stevie sings: "weeeell, you can dedicate your pain to him", it's magic.

Destiny Rules~should win....This is the best track all around on SYW!!....Its Stevie in classic style! this should have been the 1st single....her vocals are chilling on this track along w/ Lindsey's killer outro guitar solo...... and the chorus gives me goosebumps everytime....with the Ooohhhhh's that lindsey built underneath stevie vocal track that sound hauntingly familiar to Gypsy!

In Destiny Rules-Stevie finally has penned a song equal of her former glory. Thrown Down although good....is pedestrian next to DR!!!

Maybe now he could prove to her
That he could be good for her
That they should be together.

I vote for the magic that is Thrown Down.

Of course DR is a great song too. In fact I think I prefer the lyrics in DR. But the final version of TD just pulls it all togther.

So funny, it's a Stevie song that wins out.
