Fleetwood Mac on Parkinson?? What are the chances..

To ALL BRIT fans

It just occured to me that Fleetwood Mac could well be on the Parkinson...any thoughts on that??
Can you get tickets to the tapings of the Parkinson show?

To become a member of the audience in talk shows like Parkinson's you usually have to write to the TV company (in this case the BBC) well in advance of the start of the series. They usually don't charge anything for the tickets.

It would be great to see them on Parkinson, as well as many of the other talk and music shows. What would be even better would be a live broadcast of one of the Earls Court shows on BBC2 or Channel 4. Back in '94 the 20/10 Pink Floyd P.U.L.S.E. show was shown live from Earls Court on Channel 4......would be great if the Mac gave us the same treatment!:)

If they announce that they're gonna appear on the show (is the show even scheduled to run this year??) then I guess we can easily get the address from www.bbc.co.uk , but it's a big "if"..!:)

I don't know...

I think it's more likely that they will do the This Morning show myself, which is of course live, and maybe ( with a sigh) Richard and Judy on Channel 4 (also live).

Parkinson is recorded late in the afternoon on the Thursday before transmission (Saturday) from what I have been told so depends on their schedule I guess.

maybe they will film something for Top Of The Pops 2 on BBC 2 as well.... and I am almost certain that one of the London shows will be broadcast on Radio 2 at some point..

Well...I'm leaning more toward the idea, they might consider doing one of these small audience shows "live" for BBC Radio 2. I remember Sheryl Crow did one a while back, when she was on a brief UK visit (it was a really good show btw) and I believe it was hosted by Richard Allinson (?).On their website, you can ofen pick up tickets, so it might pay to keep your eyes open for any advanced info!

Ian Collins on Talk Sport is a fan... It would be cool if he could get them on one of his shows. He usually has the musical guests on a Saturday.
