Anyone else having problems accessing the fan club stuff?
 

I can login, but then when I get the page w/ all the pearl bubbles on it, nothing happens. It won't let me select anything - no Insider News, no videos or photos - nada! I emailed the fan club about it on Aug. 4th, but (surprise!) have NOT heard one peep from them about it....

Do you have any of these programs running? Norton has some built in too.

Clear out your cache, and temp files. Make sure you have the latest flash.

If this doesn't work... Let me know and I will figure out what's going on.

Been there, done that, still doesn't work. I don't use pop-up stopper software either, but do have Norton running all the time...

I am having the same problem as you. Where did you send your email to so I can send one and see if I get a response.

When you place your pointer over the bubble... do you see the bubble open? (I'm talking brfore your try to click) the bubble should open. If not let me know... I'm working with the web guy to figure out why you are having this problem.

NO bubble opening. When I run the pointer over the blue ticket, the words "advance tickets" show up - but nothing else happens with any other areas of that page.
