Trip To Phoenix...Fan Club,JT Update
 

Hey guys....I wanted to say that I thought that the Phoenix show rocked!!! I really really wanted to come to the Hard Rock to meet all the Ledgies, but, when Livia and Jess went, I did not know that they were going, so I missed it. Bummed me out pretty bad, but, the show was the best. I loved it and loved seeing Lindsey and Stevie so happy together on stage.

As for the Fan Club, well, that situation is not over, I know that a lot of you may think that your complaints and signing the petition and all that you have voiced were for naught, but, it is not. It is still going on and something will be announced soon I hope, one way or the other. I want to thank all you guys for the input and support and I want to assure you that just because you have not heard anything, that doesn't mean that this has stalled or is done. Far from it.

I'm pretty new to the boards...but I've read a lot of your posts...do you know someone close to the band or the band themselves? Just the way you word things...sounds like you have the inside scoop...

Welcome to the boards. This is a great place to be. Much better than some others, because you won't be censored, you know?

I know a couple of ppl, as do several others, but, I have never met the band, and probably never will. I was just very hurt and upset about the treatment that the fans received at the fan club and on Micks site. Are you a member over there or in the fan club?

Thanks, Seeknpeace, for the welcome! I can't say I have first hand knowledge of being censored, but I've read other's reactions to it--I definitely got the jist!

Noooo...never joined anything related to the band...too much money, in my opinion. I would love to see the downfall of JT though! :nod:

fan club.I was never banned from Micks message board and web site.
I have bumped these threads up etc.To show my support for my
fellow Fleetwood Mac fans, etc.

And, it is ppl like you who make all the work that has gone into this effort worthwhile. If anyone wants to look at this, we, the fan community, were ripped apart at one of the most important times of all....a much anticipated tour of our favorite band. This whole thing is not about me, or the money, it is about what is right and what is wrong and keeping this from happening to other fan communities. And, caring for and looking out for each other. another person with a set of ODD complaints, I went to the oakland show, and lets just say this time the fan club didn't screw up Oakland did, somehow the passwords got activated early and I ended up buying not fan club seats but VIP seats, needless to say they were really good seats, better the fan club, the floor in oakland didn't go on sale till two weeks before the show, and yes I did check to see what I could've gotten through the club, not as good as mine, thank you! After I b*tched about this situation several times, the club sent out an e-mail to everyone, after they told me this was "not possible," oh yeah I'm just seeing things. Of course I was emotionally freaked b/c I thought I could have gotten better seats through the club, and of course there was no way to fix the problem after the trsnsaction, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone who knew anything at the fan club or the arena, oh well. The club does offer some neat footage and stuff, but not as much merch as whats actually at the shows, and still no tour book, but some good pics, printing time... It's really not worth it for advanced tixs, the tixs for the general public are just fine too.
