Stevie Nicks and Katharine Hepburn
 

So I just finished reading 'Kate Remembered' by A. Scott Berg, (Magnificent) and a couple of Stevie thoughts came to mind:

In some interview during the Dance, Stevie commented that 'Silver Springs' was a Hepburn-Tracy kind of song for her and Lindsey...

At the section of the book dealing with Spence's death and Kate choosing to stay by his side, I thought, 'Wow, what a 'Everybody Finds Out' moment!!'

Just thoughts...

I always thought that Stevie was the Katharine Hepburn of rock. Especially the older she gets.

I've asked for Kate's book for my birthday (next month!). I can't wait to read it. Not only was she my favorite actress, but just one of my favorite people to ever exsist. God bless her and her stubborn ways!

I am glad i am not the only one who sees the similarity,lol..They both even keep/kept fires burning in their house no matter what the weathe was,lol...there are a couple other random things too...like they both sacrified marriage and famlily for their craft...

Well, at the "Other Side of the Mirror" concert in Dallas, Ms. Nicks said, "This coat was given to me by Katherine Hepburn. She was wearing that huge purple coat seen in the Dessert Storm/Flag photo.
