Hello everyone,
I am new to this board, i have been reading the posts here for a while and decided to join, I like the atmosphere here. I've loved reading others peoples reviews of concerts and their thoughts about the shows. I've read all through the posts about the fanclub and I have to say that I agree with the majority of posts regarding the fanclub. I think it is truly a sad situation. I am glad I got out of it myself. I never was in a fan club before or involved in a chatroom and like lots of other ppl. i kind of had faith in a fleetwood mac club, i really thought it would be a place to connect, but it was the total opposite , nothin went right and the only thing the board was good for was for all the members to vent and then of course you got deleted or banned and no one answered your complaints . they dont offer much at all. well i dont want to go on about that cause i know you all know the story. I just wanted to say hello as a new member and to let you know that i agree with you on how you feel about the fan club , but most of all that i like this website and the manner in which we can post and share our oppinions freely.

and yes i do like it here much better than that other place. lol. much better...
that other board, i only used to vent on , on how upset and disappointed i was with the whole deal. there was never any worthy discussions over there .or new news.

Hey Tina...several of us have been so proud of your stance in the face of all the accusations thrown at you about your rude posts, etc, while they ignored the posts of ppl who were telling ppl to shut up or whatever they wanted. It has always been skewed to the ppl who are pro club, pro Mick, pro JT, and in that vein, you could say anything to anyone and it was ok.

I am glad to see you here....we have wanted to see you come over for a long time. Welcome!!!:wavey: :wavey:

I really like the feel here, and the freedom to speak about anything. As for that board and them calling my posts rude, well the truth always hurts, right! thats how i look at it anyways. I was only speaking of what had happened and what most of us experienced. I think when the club started we all had a great feeling of how wonderful this "could of been". I mean even myself, i never thought that this was their initial intention to screw us on purpose, when things went wrong, i thought well lets see if they or how they will make good on it. but when the club failed to justify all the wrongful things that were happening and not happening for the club, and when JT gave us lame excuses after lame excuses, yeah i did feel that he was covering up and i expressed it . I guess, that comment got someones shorts in a bunch, cause Bam, i got banned, lol. :wavey:

So, did they ban you this time? Are you off their board now? What a bunch of losers.

Well, you are in good company. If you are not sticking to the status quo, or if you are not kissing someones ass over there, or if you have an opinion that goes against the admins or JT, you are out. :wavey:
