Kristen's Holiday Tips...
|
She has some nice Christmas ideas, but I'd get claustrophobic in this room...especially on that couch or in the chair....and maybe I am misreading it and she didn't design this.

And yes, nice ideas - but certainly not original. |
^^ Thanks for the reply and for finding the article.

Kristen has the most offensive design sense I have ever seen. It goes beyond shabby chic. It's just plain shabby. |
Nope, I can't read the stamp on the window, but wish to suggest the room doesn't feel cramped because of the spacious view outside that spectacular picture window. Space: The final frontier.

I liked all the tips except the croquet in the backyard bit. C'mon. If she'd said tennis, frisbee, a treasure hunt or anything else that would have been fine. We did have a croquet set when I was a kid, but then we got a slip-and-slide and I haven't seen my mallet since then.

I was on Wilshire Blvd. this week and the windows for Saks and Neiman Marcus, etc. are nice, but nothing like New York. Michele |

It's a great article. Thank you. Michele |
HejiraNYC and Tango...
:lol:You made me laugh with your comments... "WTF are all these pears doing on the floor?" "Space, the final frontier..." :lol:Ditto on the croquet commentary.... Michele, LukeA, Loki and CA Dreaming... If on Christmas Day, the little woman has a mallet in her hand and wants some croquet to be played, I bet those Buckinghams get cracking and head for the lawn... |

All of it really is ridiculous. |
