Rest In Peace Christine

Farewell to our beloved songbird.

Wow, that's such a horrible shock. :(

HomerMcvie 11-30-2022 02:30 PM

I'm in the middle of a long drive. I'm without words. I've always dreaded the day this would come.

I'm at work and just numb and sort of in shock.

I'm crying on the inside.

This hurts. What a loss. Fly high, Songbird.

tango87 11-30-2022 02:45 PM

Oh no, this is so very sad. Oh Christine.

Street_Dreamer 11-30-2022 02:45 PM

I'm floored... I don't know what to say.

Moz 11-30-2022 02:47 PM

Absolutely gutted.

Thank you, Christine, for all the music through the years. :distress:

She sang once "there's no use in crying, it's all over".

I feel inconsolable, broken.

On Ice 11-30-2022 02:54 PM

I'm devastated. May our beautiful Songbird Rest In Peace and we enjoy the beautiful music she brought into our lives through the years.

RIP Christine and thanks for the wonderful music you brought to us over so many years.

Very sad... When I saw The Mac without her it just wasn't the same. What a talent...

KathyD 11-30-2022 03:03 PM

RIP Christine. Thank you for sharing your beautiful voice and music with us.

I think I am in shock.

I loved Christine. She was my favourite member of the Mac. I thought she epitomised class and grit, in a particularly British way. I was so, so pleased to have seen her when she reunited with the band at the O2 in 2013. I will never forget that night.

God bless, Christine. Thanks for all the memories.

I saw this post heading and was hoping it was not true. I'm in shock right now.
