Just sharing something I did on a whim. I'm not interested in critiques.

Just being honest, but the recording is a little rough. It could use some compression. And the vocals sound strained. "B"s are hard for 95% of male singers to hit, and although they're there, they sound strained/pinched.

I’d love to hear it if you can post it on YouTube or elsewhere so that I can stream instead of download an actual file.

You actually don't need to download a file. It will stream if you go to the link -- the web-based player will show and you can just click 'play'.

I like hearing this sung by a man. Gives it a different flavour, and it does sound like she's somewhere in the background mix.

You can't come to a FM board, presenting a cover of a FM song, and not expect any critique of your presentation. Fact.

Not bad for a song that is not among her best. I wouldn't rank it in her top 30.
