Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel concert

Music legends Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks, two of the most loved and universally respected entertainers of all time, announce one unforgettable evening of live music at AT&T Stadium on Saturday, April 8, 2023. The spectacular one-night-only show marks the first time the two have ever performed on the same stage in Texas.

Tickets go on sale November 11.

Based on her instagram post it seems more dates are coming. I would expect 15-20 shows total but who knows maybe they will do 25-50 throughout April - August.

I’d go see this. I’ve never seen Billy Joel before.

Another boomer fleecing scheme . and Stevie is prolific compared to Joel..he has not put out an album of new material since the early 1990s.

so who is the headliner--- Billy Joel?

Interesting that she would agree to be the....well, I'm sure they'll call her the co-headliner, but let's face reality.... someone has to go first and open for the other one. So is she opening for him?

It's surely good money, and for the right money she'll share the bill with whomever. Not that she can't do that, but... after the whole top of the bill with The Pretenders, interesting.

I think Billy will be the headliner. I think it will be like the Rod Stewart tour. She’ll open and play for 75 minutes or so and he will do a full set and they sing some songs together. Tickets won’t be cheap though.

I hate stadium concerts. Bad sound, band seats and weather.
Stevie will probably be the opener. Oh gosh she's gonna do her 24KG setlist again

Both these acts are huge draws. Mick is in tears thinking about the amount of money Stevie will make.

I wonder if they’ll do a duet? I can’t see Billy singing Tom Petty’s part in Stop Dragging My Heart Around, but I could see him singing Leather and Lace.

However, a better song for them to sing might be Whenever I Call You Friend. That would be quite the surprise. I think vocally, Billy would be great on that song, plus it’s always a treat when a song like that is put on the setlist.

If there really are more dates possibly scheduled for next year, Stevie should change the setlist. Adding this song would be a good start.

Dream on silly dreamer. No way Stevie could handle the vocal of Whenever I call You Friend. Thats a very high range

Billy is far less arrogant than Rod. I cant believe how disrespectful he was to Stevie. He never set foot on her stage. Stevie had to come out on his stage to sing one of her songs "Leather and Lace" and him botching the lyrics as he read them from the monitor showed how much he thought of Stevie and her music.

As a fan, these kinds of shows are a travesty because they are mass marketed to the minions who just want to hear the hits. Stevie will probably have a shortened set as an opener like she did with Rod. But this is what its about. Cash grab tours make tons of money. We are so thankful for Buck/Vie where most of a new album was performed in front of small gatherings.
Just reminds everyone that Stevie does not need Fleetwood Mac. Sadly they "need" her to fill seats. Even with her ridiculous cut of 40% of Mac tour proceeds, she makes far more on her solo tours.

Homer is frantically waiting for a Nashville date. The scarf is tied around the top hat and ready to go! She's refreshing on Ticketmaster now.

I think she'll do the same setlist she's doing now. We're not going to hear Think About It, I Can't Wait, Rooms On Fire, and Talk To Me live again.

Weird that they didn't announce the whole tour. Interesting she did a song with The Rocket Man last year and now she's touring with The Piano Man!

$he played Nashville a couple of weeks ago. I can literally walk to the venue in a few minutes. I didn't care to attend. Btw, it was the same venue where I was front row for BuckVie, pushing the dozen roses
I bought for Christine against her toeses. That was my LAST FM show. The old goat got Lindsey fired, and that was the end of the band of my life.

Big talker. We all know you have your mock Stand Back shawl sitting in Woolite and are practicing your frankenbok twirls.
