Christine Perfect Album Cover Used In Cracked.com Article

Cracked.com just did an article about ridiculous album cover trends. The Christine Perfect album cover is shown under trend #8: Legs Crossed in the (Same Goddamn) Wicker Chair. Even though the article does not say anything about her specifically I still thought it was cool they showed the cover of what has become a rather obscure album outside of the Fleetwood Mac fan community.

Too funny!!

That's pretty cool and I never noticed that that was an album trend before.

Ok, was there a trend where people sat at a piano perched atop of a hillside going on in the eighties?

Maybe Christine's album cover STARTED this trend. The album came out, what, in 1970, the very beginning of the decade? So, it seems we may have discovered yet another way in which Christine was an innovator and has never received any credit for it.

Poor Al Green gets "cracked" twice.

Maybe that chair on the cover of the 1970 album had a "comically large back" as the blogger said, but it doesn't change the fact that the picture is beautiful. I agree with ninepace about the fact that our Chris was always an innovator even if she never received any credit for it. However, the 1984 album cover was amazing: who else could think about something so classy in the first half of the 80s, where everyone just wanted psychedelic images and writings for their album covers? :D
