Opening scene of FORST—a Polish crime procedural show. The opening bars of “Everywhere” introduce the scene and the song continues. Way up in the mountains, in a shack, a man is being tortured. By the time his finger is cut off, the chorus kicks in at a much higher volume.

Coincidentally while watching FM clips and enjoying a Pinot Noir, my friend from Texas send me this pc thru WhatsApp.

One of my favorite songs ever. I've still got the 45.

I just heard As Long As You Follow on FM radio in the car.

I still hear it in stores, but it's been a long time since I've heard it on the radio.

Even when it was a released single in 1988, I barely ever heard it on the radio and I was always listening to the radio back then. Was it the same for you in '88 or did you become a fan during The Dance?

I've been a fan since my older cousin moved in with us when I was in 8th grade, with her Rumours 8-track. I.was. OBSESSED. with. It.

I hear ALAYF in stores and even on Sirius quite a bit.

I just heard an instrumental version of Songbird in a coffee shop. I got closer to the speaker to verify if it was the (Take 10) [Instrumental] from Rumours: More From The Recording Sessions [Disc 3], but it wasn't. It must have been a cover version.

It's unsual nowadays to hear a Fleetwood Mac song in my city. It was a nice surprise.

I heard a weird cover of Everywhere in an elevator in Charlotte, NC. Had no idea who was singing it.

Unfortunately the word unexpected is mentioned just twice in Mick's book. None of those is referred to Songbird. I'd go to Avon Books to complain, I hope it's still located in NYC (1350 Avenue of the Americas). Great excuse to visit the big apple again.

Cause obviously if I go to LA to find Mick and ask him, he won't hesitate to charge me for the answer.
