It honors RUMOURS as a 5 star Album!!!

There is a pix and an article...calling our
Lindsey a brainy guitarist!:cool:LB pushed the
production into a magnificent combination
of intricate and spare...calling the group
Southern California sunny soft-rock!:D ;)

FYI: Kiln House got... 4 stars!
Fleetwood Mac is 4 stars!
Lindsey's TUSK got 31/2 stars!!;)

Good reading...maybe Les can put it up here!

I saw this too Sky, nice to see some positive news
on our favorite group.:cool:
Just goes to prove that some things can stand the
test of time. Nice to know Fleetwood Mac is one of
them!
Well all us Lindsey fans already knew what a contibution
Linds made to FM, and the collective efforts of the entire band has made them a lasting tribute to the music indrustry.
They were, and are still, a force to be reckened(sp?) with.
I feel sometimes RS has a tendency to forget some of
the Legends of R&R in favor of what is the latest on
the circuit. Too bad really, some of these bands have
been very influential on a lot of the newer musicians.
Come on guys! Lets get that new album out! Show them
that R&R Royality never goes out of style:D

Its a preety good article I stole the mag from my school library and its a great pic its from a pretty well know photo shoot but thats a pic i hadn't seen before

LOL! You stole the mag from your school library! I was unaware of them being in the November, 1997 issue of Rolling Stone.. so I "borrowed" that issue from one library branch only to find that someone had ripped out half of the article, non-Mac related. So I hit up another branch and "borrowed" that issue from them, too I did get the whole article and a cover worth framing (it's the first thing you see when you walk in my rec room... GOD...LINDSEY LOOKED HOT ON THAT COVER...!!!..Stevie leaning on his shoulder.. ) So, anyway.. I still owe the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library for isses of Rolling Stone I ripped off in the name of Fleetwood Mac or more specifically, Lindsey Buckingham. So sue me! I'm such a rebel...

Re: Mac and/or Lindsey in the actual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame... I've been there twice this year. The ONLY thing in the actual Hall about them is a printed blurb in the "L.A. Sound" showcase that does say that the band found real success only after the addition of Lindsey and Stevie. There is no Lindsey memorabelia but there is one of Stevie's typical black dresses on display. Maybe that could be a project for us... to get one of Lindsey's guitars or something added that that showcase. Funniest thing I found in that showcase... the Eagles were included with that group... and on display was a bag full of hotel room keys that Timothy B. Schmitt had collected while on tour with the Eagles and Poco. Right on top was the key to a room at a local Buffalo hotel.. we got a big kick out of that. So, anyway, who has Lindsey's phone number? I'm sure they'd be thrilled to get one of his old guitars.
