Lindsey's guitar transcriptions

A keen guitarist I'm looking for transcriptions/tablature of the "Live" album and "Classic Albums - Rumours" video versions of "Never Going Back Again" as well as the wonderful instrumental from "Buckingham Nicks", "Stephanie." Are there any other guitarists out there who can help me out?

As far as I know there are no tabs on the net of any of the above....and there's no way I have time to tab out an entire song (unless you're willing to wait till my exams are over in a month!:))...but if there's anything in particular you're finding tough with any of those songs let me know and I'll probably be able to help you out.

Say Goodbye

Hey, how about the chords to Say Goodbye. I know it's finger-picked, but I'm not even going to pretend that I'm ever going to pick it, so I'll strum the chords and be pretty happy with that.

There are a few prime finger-picked songs on "The Gift of Screws" when it eventually comes out and "Say Goodbye" is one of them. Maybe someone will have the sense to get around to publishing a book on the guitar style of Lindsey Buckingham and include some of his solo work. Failing that we will have to rely on the talents of independent transcribers like our friend above, without whom the various web tab sites would not exist!

A couple of sites

Try these:

I've found those two sites VERY helpful in finding TABS.

Not those specifically, but Lesley is in the process of posting "Rumours" staff notation & tabs from Lindsey Buckingham material at www.madnessfades.net/SheetMusic.htm.

It will also include the various stuff that was published in the guitar magazines since 1997.

Oh that sounds like something I'll be looking forward toohttp://www.aimoo.com/forum/images/me...on/thumbup.gif

great to find all the tabs from L&A already!

****. I was pulling my hair out when I saw Carnes name in this thread.

Yeah, it's too bad Carne isn't around anymore. It just hasn't been the same without him. :distress:

Dunno. But It's signed by me and all my alteregos already.

I've got a big surprise for all you Lindsey disciples this summer...

really? .... is carnevaca coming back?

Tell us...

It has to do with the guitar.

Actually Nancy was gonna open a site pertaining to Lindsey's guitar playing, and I was gonna submit the tabs, but neither of us ever got around to it.

My Lindsey site is like the man's solo album. Coming eventually.... we hope.

I am going to departmental workshops in web design and hoping to utilize them to make my Lindsey site have more bells and whistles than BuckinghamNicks.net, but figuring out .css and flash is harder than I thought it would be! Of course they assume I want to learn this information for my academic site. Um, not. ;)

So will every song be lister with relevant chords and tabs????
That wouldnt be good. That would be amazing
