Stevie attends the opening night premiere of 'The Book of Henry'
This was in my FB feed (from 'Stevie Nicks For The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame):

God I wish she would wear something else. And some other color. She used to wear so many beautiful dresses and colors. But I don't think that will ever happen. I do love the starfish necklace. Looking good.

She looks beautiful.
I do agree, she should wear other colors. |
The movie is getting terrible reviews.

I agree about the colour or lack of it....but black is de rigeur
However I really love the hunting coat/dress tail coat..very edgy with silk lining in a kind of gold and ...especially the zips..... |
Battle of the Dragon was in American Anthem, and Twisted was in Twister. Not sure about other Stevie soundtrack songs.
I am not surprised by the bad reviews- usually when a movie is delayed like this one was, it's because it didn't meet studio expectations. I agree, I really, really wish Stevie would wear something besides black. She looks great in these photos, but she'd look better in other colors. |

When did she start wearing black trousers?
She looks great. |

All the aforementioned movies in which Stevie was featured in the soundtrack had and still have bad critic reviews, so this isn't really a thing.
Sometimes bad (or so considered by critics) movies have a great soundtrack, see Batman Forever, Batman & Robin, a lot of Bond movies, The Bodyguard, Highlander, Marie Antoinette... |

At least some thought of dressing up, is in this outfit... It is difficult to remember sometimes, how she used to dress. |

And Stevie's song is great, regardless of whether the movie is good or not. One has nothing to do with the other lol! |

School of Rock really featured Edge of 17 plus a conversation about Stevie. Against All Odds played at the club scene. |

The song is a great song and "she" sounds fabulous. |

Against All Odds is strange because the song in the club scene is a completely different version than the soundtrack version (which is off putting) and when the verse starts it's not very audible. Another missed opportunity to showcase (what turned out to be) an amazing song, at least what ended up on the soundtrack, in my opinion. :) |

So she recorded this pretty song for this movie.... But how did this all come about? Does she know someone who worked on this film or something? It's just kinda random and came out of nowhere, her doing this track. Does anyone here know?

https://www.facebook.com/guster/phot...217371/?type=3 It's kind of vague & doesn't really explain how they got Stevie to sing it, but THAT they got Stevie to sing it. *Ricoh* |
