Ticket Sales/Filling venues
How full was the venue in Phoenix last night?
What's the capacity? Seems like Stevie's selling more seats this tour vs the IYD tour. Please post info as the tour progresses. |
Phoenix show almost a sell-out
The arena in Phoenix holds close to 18,000, and according to a review in the news, it was almost sold-out. Not bad!

All the Stevie haters are like, 'Rats! She filled he venue, did a different set list, did songs she's never done... nothing for me to complain about!'
Go pee on someone else's corn flakes, haters! I'm so proud of Stevie. Jamie |

As for the original question, this picture shows it was packed. |
Agreed all around. I was so overwhelmed watching the stream last night, and all I could think was, if only she could've done this when 24KG first came out! Truly beyond excited for this tour, and so glad that she seems so incredibly happy and excited as well! :blob1:

Yes, very proud of Stevie and looking forward to Columbia. VERY thankful to wonderful Ledgies who uploaded videos and information. Thank you all.

I'm dying that she's doing Crying in the Night and especially Bella Donna and Wild Heart (the two songs that I go back and forth between for title of my very favorite). Enjoy the upcoming shows and keep the info coming, Ledgies! (Also ditto to the comments being proud of Stevie! ) |
I wish this tour wasn't so short. It's pretty special. For gods sake, come to Columbus Ohio. Surely Chrissie would like to visit family in Ohio.

In regards to the negativity, I've now vowed to just keep posting on the Stevie board ONLY and stay away from the Rumours forum from here on out. You can't express any sort of opinion over there without someone jumping down your throat because of it. Denver tonight!!! Can't wait! :wavey::woohoo: |
denver will rock! post the set list! hope she drops enchanted!

She's probably pulling alittle more tix sales in with the Pretenders. This is giving the Pretenders fans a chance to go see them live and get a taste of Stevie at the same time.Stevie would have no problem filling these venues if by herself.I have to give her credit at the edge of 70 that she still going strong like a will maintained Mack truck.God bless her.

Since this tour is selling so well, why not add more shows. They need to expand it.

Yesterday I officially started worrying about getting good seats for my show (the last, 12/18 LA). I don't believe there's been any "ticket drops" so far. Unless anyone here has seen any?

Jamie,
Tickets for the LA show are ridiculously priced. I bought my ticket the first day of presale and was hoping for a price drop so I could get a better seat. With the Pretenders audience and rave reviews Stevie has been getting, it might not happen (especially for the last show), You might want to get something now (there were some for around $100) so you don't miss it. Hope to see you there! Barbara |

I'll make a private deal on my second row ticket to Sacramento. I can't afford to go to this thing, what was I thinking.

I really wanted to get a VIP ticket for LA but they seem to have gone right into platinum/ resale market. Last time I looked, the front section was selling for over $1500/seat and they were in blocks of seats. Even the section where I'm sitting were being sold for over $500 so I guess I should feel fortunate but I've never been so far away for a FM or Stevie show before.
It is very frustrating seeing the disparity in availability and pricing. I could have bought second row center in Phoenix but couldn't get the time off from work. That show would have been so amazing--both because it was opening night but also because seeing her in AZ has always been special. Plan B: maybe some of the Pretenders audience will leave after their show and we can move up? |

Mohegan Sun was completely sold out. There were at least 50 to 100 people waiting for some kind of ticket drop around 6:45pm. As far as I know nothing ever came up. The arena holds about 10,000. Even the staff seemed completely shocked on how many people were waiting in line. It was like this was the hottest show in town. For a moment I thought it was 1983 again.
This is a far cry from the tour with Don Henley where they were actually giving away tickets in Mansfield, MA. I'm not sure if the casino had any comp tickets. There was no line for the pickup window. Just a huge line to purchase them. At the end of the show Stevie said that she would be back again because they always play here. Not sure if she meant solo or with Fleetwood Mac. She did extremely well with this show. I'm happy for her. |

It is interesting to me how two different viewpoints are shared for the same evening. This reminds me of a conversation that will be related onward in 2 different ways. |
Palace
I was at tonight's show at the palace, it seemed like a pretty packed venue. I'm not sure if it was sold out
