I've been a fan my whole life, but was too young to connect songs with names until 1986. My first album was Rock A Little. My favorites have changed many, many, many times over the years.

1. The Highwayman
2. Sable On Blonde
3. Imperial Hotel
4. Rooms On Fire
5. Street Angel (it's that guitar!)
6. Trouble In Shangri La
7. You May Be The One
8. Mabel Normand

The guitar in Street Angel is amazing, I don't know why she removed that for Enchanted version.

Of course I must post mine with the album covers, they're so beautiful!!!! Ok,

At the moment...

Kind of Woman
Sable on Blonde

You May Be the One
24 Karat Gold

Love for poor Juliet haha. I wonder why she is so often overlooked.

1. Outside the Rain
2. Wild Heart (probably my favourite of all her solo songs)
3. I Can't Wait
4. Doing the Best I Can
5. Blue Denim

1. How Still My Love
2. Wild Heart
3. Rock A Little
4. Ooh My Love
5. Greta
6. Sorcerer
7. Moonlight
8. 24 Karat Gold

I must say it makes me very happy to see all the love for "You May Be The One" from a lot of you! It's probably my second fave song off of IYD! :D

You haven't listened to 24 Karat Gold? Or no favorite? :D

Currently they are:

Think About It
Stand Back
Has Anyone Ever Written Anything For You?
Ooh My Love
Jane
Planets of the Universe
For What It’s Worth
The Dealer

Haha don't worry, I haven't listeded it yet! And even when I didn't like the version of If You Were My Love, I know I've got lot of songs to listen too!! I'm waiting for the ideal moment to buy it.
Regards!

For me it's the overly repetitive lyrics. I wish she'd stuck with the Fleetwood Mac outtake from the Tango sessions - not Book of Miracles - but this one:

(embedding disabled, lame)

Stop Draggin' My Heart Around
Sable On Blond
Some Become Strangers
Juliet
Blue Denim
Sorcerer
Annabel Lee
All The Beautiful Worlds

From each album...so,

Bella Donna: Edge of Seventeen
The Wild Heart: If Anyone Falls
Rock a Little: Imperial Hotel
The Other Side of the Mirror: Rooms on Fire
Street Angel: Blue Denim
Trouble In Shangri La: Sorcerer
In Your Dreams: Annabelle Lee
24 Karot Gold: Mabel Normand

I too prefer this version. The one line that makes me cringe (though I love the song) is the "ribbons and the bows" part.. it just.. sits wrong.
