I think this pushes the album back indefinitely since after this big of a tour (UK and Aus are still to be announced) they will probably take an extended break. I predict new album in 2018 and what a record it will be...

FMlex 10-09-2014 09:29 AM

Wow!! What an intense touring schedule. Happy to see Austin on the list for March though!

You have no idea how happy this makes me! They haven't been here in sooooooo long!

APerfectLie 10-09-2014 09:42 AM

Any idea when they go on sale?

Yeah, the full five including Lindsay were here Halloween, 1982 at the Erwin Center. Good size venue for a concert..not too big. Yeah!!!:]

The Live Nation Facebook page says October 15th for Facebook pre-sale, code is MAC. Then all tickets go on sale October 20th.

STEVEHEDRICK 10-09-2014 09:49 AM

The 5 haven't been here since 1982! Though the Tango/Shake The Cage tour came here in 1987. How appropriate they are playing the Erwin Center again after all this time, too.

I actually squealed when I just read this. I'm sure it just confirmed to my coworkers that I am in fact crazy. I just can't believe this, I'm floored! :]

Macfanforever 10-09-2014 10:18 AM

Wow Atlantic City and Mohegan Sun.

I hate winter tours due to traveling .I wish they just wait to summer 2015.

I can see my nuts freezing off on the boardwalk.

wheart 10-09-2014 10:20 AM

Another New York show...aw man, looks like I need to be there!! :D

Lee 10-09-2014 10:29 AM

Boardwalk Hall

Yeah, I don't like going to concerts in the winter; you never really know when it's going to snow. I went to see Van Halen @ Boardwalk Hall (March) a few years ago. Great show. We stayed right there @ Trump Plaza, but now Trump Plaza is closed. It was nice to just walk right into Boardwalk Hall & not have to go outside.

Lee :)

Yes AC is falling apart at the moment.I was hoping they would delay and do a summer tour .

Hawkeye 10-09-2014 10:37 AM

I really wanted the tour to be over after the first 34 dates BUT I'm gonna be a hypocrite and be f'n THRILLED over a buffalo date. SO Glad they announced that today and not in a week after spending WAY too much money to see them in either Pittsburgh or Toronto. I bet it's going to be one of the best shows of the tour since they don't play for 5 days afterwards.

Dgol 10-09-2014 10:41 AM

Interesting

Interesting that they are coming back to MSG and Prudential.. again

I really hope change up the set list for Leg 2. You can't just play the same set list a few months after playing 3 area shows.

Wdm6789 10-09-2014 10:44 AM

When do tickets go on sale?

Yes .At those inflated tix prices and now touring in midst of winter I probably have to forfeit the Atlantic City show but I will go to Mohegan Sun in the state.

Macfanforever 10-09-2014 10:49 AM

I also noticed Most if not all shows are on the eastcoast and middle states.

FM77 10-09-2014 11:03 AM

You forgot some:

March 27, 2015
St. Louis, MO
Scottrade Center

March 28, 2015
Kansas City, MO
Sprint Center

March 31, 2015
Wichita, KS
INTRUST Bank Arena

bethelblues 10-09-2014 11:08 AM

I should post this here:

Question for anyone who has advice about when to see FM: So now that they added 20 shows, I have a few options. Should I try to see them Saturday at Newark or wait until January? Any chance that the setlist will be different after Christmas for the second leg? I'm kind of hoping for differences from Stevie and Lindsey, both of whom only changed one song from last year. Maybe by then Hold Me will be in? ...or it could be exactly the same like the 2013 set was for both legs. I'm just not sure what I should do at this point---a good dilemma to be in for us East Coasters that missed the shows at MSG. Maybe I should target Mohegan Suns, which is a smaller venue?

FM77 10-09-2014 11:28 AM

I would pick the city/venue based on what is best for you or where you want to go. We all know the set list does not change much. I wouldn't bank on that as my deciding factor.

wheart 10-09-2014 11:29 AM

So I wonder if maybe the second leg will feature a slight change to the set list. I know they did this on the 2004 leg of the SYW tour so it's possible.

I received this email at 11am this morning from FM's website which some of you got too.

Sorry .The attachment thingy was not working until now.

Macfanforever 10-09-2014 12:42 PM

Thanks Eugene and FM77 for gathering the new show dates together. Now we all got something to do in 2015.

michelej1 10-09-2014 12:42 PM

Hopefully they'll not be very tired after this trek to do some European shows (and other parts of the globe) ...

But then again, when they take a few weeks off after march, they'll be in time to do some European Festivals this spring ...

This stupid band has forgotten that a whole world exists outside of North America. Most of the human population resides outside of Canada and the US of A.

They'll be over there. I'm sure they already have the dates locked in. They're just waiting to announce them.

THAT has to be a mistake. It's less than an hour and a half drive from Milwaukee to Rosemont. It's eleven hours from Milwaukee to Toronto and ten hours from Toronto to Rosemont. While the band travels by private jet, I believe the crew and equipment still travel by road. Plus, I don't see them doing three nights in a row like that.

I was hoping that FM got the upcoming Superbowl gig.

Katy Perry is going to do it.
