Has anyone seen this video?

How strange she's in Amsterdam with them, is she's just tagging along?
She really loves that hair clip...

jbrownsjr 10-26-2013 07:10 PM

I'm beside myself. What the hell is going on??

I had not seen that. My goodness.

It used to be that those who thought they were up to something were delusional. Now, if you DON'T think they are up to something, you're really ignoring the evidence.

Cute to watch her say she can't sign them all and try to politely bypass them.

Oh, I hadn't been in the Rumours thread before I came here. Her presence now makes me feel worried rather than happy. But we will have to get some official news soon. So, I guess there's nothing to do but assume the best.

Who knew there would be so much happening tonight-crazy. Such a shock to see her and, as you wrote, that turned so quickly to worry. For now I am trying to focus on positivity...I love that they are all together.

I love it too. I always want them together. And they did do their scheduled show and... I'm going to assume everything is ok.

I hope Ken is right now more than ever.. and they're just rehearsing new tunes for 2014.

Praying they were hacked..

applebucked 10-27-2013 12:26 AM

I'm getting antsy.

aleuzzi 10-27-2013 01:11 AM

I didn't get the sense something was wrong or amiss. At the very least, she is joining them on the European leg because she misses them and wants to spend time with them. I suspect, however, there is more to the story. We may be seeing her on stage with them.

Had I not known the thing with John, I wouldn't get the sense either.

michelej1 10-27-2013 04:35 AM

All the more wonderful for Christine to be there now. Very happy to have those Youtubes of all 5.

I didn't know of John's cancer until just a few minutes ago. I hadn't been following the Rumours board. Wow. I am very sad to hear this. Very sad.

I was about to answer you, but I knew you'd see it above. I'm so sad right now. :(
I pray it's early stages and he can recover fully.

I really hope for this, too. John means so much to the individual members of the band, as well as to his fans. An incredible bassist, too. I really hope he recovers, even if he doesn't ever play a single note again on stage.

Same here, I hope he plays again because he is so much to FMac. But who cares right now, I'll give up my want of his musicianship for him to live to be 100 and healthy.

I know. Have we concluded that it's colon cancer now? I mean, maybe even if they have to remove stuff to get it, hopefully they caught it in time.

If reports were to be believed, he has early stage colon cancer, which is treatable.

I still get tears in my eyes when I think about that.

Hey Chris, use whatever healing powers your mother gave you on him, alright? Drag your brother along too.

She probably does have her brother John with her. He is better at it than she is, she said.

Didn't Christine used to rub Mick's shoulders for him. And ... Christine's mother took a wart from her nose..

It's been so long, I can't remember the details..

And Mick said when they had a cold or flu or something, Christine could help them.

Yes, Christine said that her mother took a wart off of her nose and also did something for a neighbor I think, but I don't remember what. But she said her brother had healing powers too, much stronger than her own, inherited from her mother. The thing is, if it's real or not doesn't matter. If you believe in it, it can't hurt.

Maybe just having her around him would help a lot.

Thanks, I do remember that somewhat. Is this the same brother that studied bugs?

Yeah, you might be right. After her father remarried. Her father's name was Cyril.

I wouldn't be surprised if there's soon a Christine sighting in the states. I bet she comes over here.

Of course, we don't know where John will go. He may have treatment in Los Angeles rather than Hawaii. But I can imagine her flying somewhere over here, not necessarily in the state where he is, but somewhere around just to be close temporarily.

I can also imagine her coming over to his place occasionally just to help around and stuff.

Here is my take on Christine and the cancel Australian tour

Not sure what kind of cancer john has, but the band canceled the Australian and New Zealand scheduled after almost completing the European tour (minus one center). I believe Christine being in Amsterdam is rehearsing with the band (without John now), after Amsterdam she may rehearse in a more remote place, maybe in Maui in Hawaii Islands. John's treatment for cancer will be done during this November and December 2013. Then after his treatment in early 2014 he will join them all and will play the new 2014 schedule for Australian and New Zealand to finish the last leg of the 2013 tour. If john has a thyroid cancer type (not sure just speculating) then after his treatment, John might be OK to go on and join his band based on his doctors OK.

What better way to spend a winter of cold than in a warm climate down under during January and Feb. of 2014 with the all of them for the final ending tour.

That's my speculation (comments?).

My theory is he will receive treatment at The City of Hope in the LA area.
