I don't get it.

I've never seen Mick's lovely lilac ensemble before, Lindsey desperately needs a new jacket and Stevie is atleast not completely in black.

It's amazing how maybe even on the Unleashed tour but certainly on SYW, it seemed as if Lindsey was eternal youth and that time had caught up with Stevie. It's like the reverse now.

I like how Stevie has a ring on literally every finger, exempting her thumbs.

They all look great. Really looking forward to this I like group interviews - you can watch the other's facial expressions when one of them is talking.

Will the interviewer even realize that a current band member is not present?

Lindsey looks cranky and Stevie's smile looks forced. Could there be trouble already?

They are angled towards each other, though. I bet they were told a quick, last minute, off the cuff pic would be needed to post on Twitter (hence the thrilled looks on their faces). I wouldn't read any band politics into it at all.

Anyone else notice Stevie's wearing that Catholic medallion again?

They all look extremely uncomfortable. Lindsey looks like he's been drugged. Both of the men look nervous and fidgety when Stevie talks about Sheryl Crow.

They actually did multiple interviews in that one sitting. We have that one fromExtra, one from FUSE, two from some site called On The Red Carpet or something, and then there was a Rolling Stone interview that was also done that day but we don't have video - just print. So far they haven't been overlapping.

They're all posted in the FM Press 2013 thread somewhere.

I overslept this morning and thinking they were on CBS this morning show.

Many sarcastic things probably going through Lindsey's mind at that point. Thank goodness they didn't bring up the story about her almost joining the band during the interview.

I wish she would have brought up the hamburger helper / skillet story somehow. I would love to hear Lindsey's recollection of that particular event. :lol:

Access Hollywood

Pre-Super Bowl festivities with players and celebrities; model Karolina Kurkova; band Fleetwood Mac.

They just showed a little preview of it.

Basically it was like.. Stevie & Lindsey are gonna talk about Go Your Own Way and "love gone bad" within the band.

And the one line that hurt the most...

Lindsey: "That was kind of the joke."
Stevie: "Very funny."

UH LINDSEY sorry no you don't have to play SHN.

They basically just played clips of the live performance of GYOW from '77 and Lindsey said the song was angry/passionate and a little bit of humour. They mentioned that the packin' up shackin' up line hurt Stevie's feelings the most... she said something about just not being very happy at that time because she & Lindsey were in such turmoil. The guy mentioned that the song was sort of optimistic how it went from 'maybe I'd give you my world' to 'baby I'd give you my world' and Stevie was like, "He knows the song better than we do." Stevie said it's always been the last song they play live which is an important position.

It was pretty uninteresting. :shrug:

However, the interviewer was a guy and was not the girl in this picture... so I'm a little confused.

This was a talking to the press day. The three of them sit uncomfortably in their chairs and various members of the press are marched in and allowed to interview them for up to 15 minutes. Then as one is marched out a new one comes in and this process is repeated for several hours I would guess.

LOL! Priceless - and they're holding hands the whole time. I was rolling.

Well, I know.

But they said that the CBS interview (which was done by the girl in the photo, I'm assuming) was going to air today.... so I was assuming that THIS was the interview (since it's airing on the same day, and it's on CBS). It obviously isn't, because some other guy was doing the interview.

So I guess there's yet ANOTHER interview we haven't seen yet that is going to be broadcast at some point?

Yes, you could see just the top of their hands in the corner a couple of quick blips - when she said "very, very funny" and then when she told him the reporter knew the song better than they did.

Ah, I totally missed it.

I couldn't pay very much attention because my mom kept walking through and commenting on things in the background......

When the old GYOW video starts to play: "Look at her face!"
Stevie talking: "How old is she again?"
Lindsey in 2003: "He's so cute. He's adorable."
Lindsey says 'compartmentalize': "He's so intelligent."

She has more to say about them than I do. :laugh:

Yes, Access Hollywood is syndicated and shows up different places in different cities. Where I live, it is on NBC.

So, we still don't know about the CBS interview.

Yes that a good question.

I happen to find that Gayle interview with Stevie last year on the tape which I used tonight to record Access Hollywood .

I hope they dont get her to do Fleetwood Mac.
