Tours we went since 1997
Just wanted to see some statistics about how many of us went to a Fleetwood Mac concert since they reunited in 1997, including the latest tours where Christine McVie wasn't there. And I'm including our 2013 intentions.
|
Just one FM tour for me so far
I've only seen them during the SYW tour so far. Wasn't a fan yet back during the Dance days. I was in England during the Unleashed tour when they came to Dallas, so I missed that one.
Seeing them next June depends on my job situation, unfortunately, but I do hope to at least see them in Dallas. |

 Saw them in my Manchester for Unleashed show. Hoping for Manchester show again in '13 but not too worried as I'm saving up again for Lindsey solo - y'all know he's my passion rather than the Mac ;) |
I had tickets for The Dance, but the band cancelled their Raleigh, NC date... so I didn't get to see them that tour.
I did see them during Say You Will, though... 3 times. Greenville, SC; Greensboro, NC; & Charlotte, NC. You could tell they were a bit more road worn each time. I chose to sit out Unleashed because I wasn't willing to pay $180 for Storms... |
I went to 5 shows during the 2003 UK tour and 1 show in 2009. I plan on going to a show in the UK assuming they come here.

Plus, y'all know how I feel about a FM without Chris...it's not FM!!!!:distress: |
all of the above :)
During The Dance I was only 12, so just one show. All the other tours multiple shows! |
I saw The Dance 3 times, SYW 5 times, and Unleashed twice. I'll probably go to two shows in 2013.
|
I was at all whats listed. The last two tours I went to multiple shows. The Dance show was a nightmare to get tix and I almost missed out do to that.
|
I've seen FM on every tour since Tusk in 1979.
|
I was a late starter because I was knee deep into country music at the time.1987 was the first FM tour for me.I'm still kicking my fat a$$ for missing out on the earlier tours. The same goes for Stevie's first couple of tours.

Only ever been to The Mask tour and Unleashed, one show each. Also saw Stevie solo on the TOSTM tour and for whatever she was doing in 2007 at a casino in Ontario.
No plans to go to the new tour even though they will be playing in my town in April. I would buy a new album in a heartbeat, though. |
I did see FM on The Dance tour in Columbus, OH. I feel very lucky that I had the opportunity to see Christine live.
I also got to see FM during the SYW tour in Atlanta, GA. I am hoping I will get to see them during the upcoming tour. Unless more dates get added, I guess I'll be seeing them in Atlanta again. |
Im still kicking myself for missing every year in between 1977 to 2009:distress: I actually thought the band had retired for good in the mid to late eighties. Just goes to show the lack of promotion here in OZ, thankgoodness for the internet as im sure their Unleashed tour would of passed me by as well.. fingers crossed they return here late next year..
|
Just the SYW tour for me. I saw them in Nashville (twice), Knoxville, and Champaign, IL. I decided to pass on the Unleashed tour because of finances. I will likely hit one (or two, at most) shows this time.
|
I've never seen Fleetwood Mac live before (I've only seen Stevie and Lindsey solo), so this will be my first.
|
I saw every tour from Tusk through The Dance(including Time). I have little interest now, since the queen retired.
I'm considering this tour, not so much for the band, but the company I will keep. Although Lindsey did blow my socks off last month, so I do want to see him again. |

I've been to every tour Since Mirage. Hoping to catch at least 2-3 shows for 2013.

The Dance -
Nov. 23 1997 - Marine Midland Arena Buffalo NY Tix were a gift for my 13th birthday! I was beyond thrilled to be there, but the acoustics were a WRECK! The bass was so loud, it made my ribcage tingle and shake. Say You Will - First Leg May 15, 2003 - HSBC Arena Buffalo NY First concert with great floor seats - 15th Row Center. Awesome. Second Leg July 21, 2004 (?) - Blossom Music Center - Cleveland / Akron OH Best tix yet - 4th Row, wound up more like 2nd row center in reality. Awesome storm blew in during the second half of the show. Trees on the lawn were blowing sideways. Great show, great memories. I also met a ledgie for the first time - Hi Josh! March 09 - Unleashed Tour Quicken Loans Arena Cleveland OH Sat in the nosebleeds, just couldn't do the expensive seats that year. 2013- Hope to swing for a great seat - thinking this may be one of the last chances I get! |
saw LB solo numerous times during the last 2 years, either with his band or a one man show; never saw any FM shows. i wish i've seen a show during SYW tour.
will probably go to see a show this year when they come to town. |

In 1977 I went full time being a country bumpkin when Rumours was released. My first concerts was Olivia Newton -John in May 1977 and Dolly Parton and Mac Davis which opened for Dolly Parton later that summer. So I missed out on those earlier FM tours. Plus up to 1987.Plus Stevie's first two tours. I have to say thanks to all of you guys for sharing your memories of FM tours that some of us did not make it to the shows. It feels like I was there with you. |
My first tour seeing FM was back in 1987 on The Tango In The Night Tour and been going to the shows since and been Seeing Stevie since 1986 rock a little tour. I have loved every tour thru today.I am a maybe on this tour if tickets are available by the time I put money a side for it.I am ok too if I miss the tour as well. If I do go to this tour in April at Mohegan Sun it will be last concert to attend.I am just getting older and the concerts are not as enjoyable anymore and not worth the money either. Anything over $100 is to much for me and that is my opinion.I had my fun and just have to put it torwards other things in my mid-life so who ever is going enjoy the show I might hit the show if tickets are available.

I have seen them on every tour since the tour they did without Stevie, Lindsey, or Christine in 1993. Three times from the front row. I have been truly blessed!

Wow...it really saddens me to hear you all share your stories/concert experiences with the Mac and to know some WILL NOT being going. I only say this b/c when I saw SN in 2010/11 I believe...I swore to my mom and sis that I Would NOT be paying to see her solo again (to see/hear her rehash the last tour) Unless....she had something NEW to bring.
As luck would have it....of course she had a new album and a show that rocked the Wiltern....so of course....I was drawn back in. Well...I went and it was worth every penny. My very 1st concert was BTM in Chapel Hill, NC where (I had nose bleed seats) but walked almost right up to the stage when "Rhiannon" was played.Enough to see SN in her "coked/klon" state and I Loved it! until security told me to go back. I have been to every SN/FM concert since. Fave show highlights: The Dance in Columbus...dancing in the aisle with my friend Bonnie to Gypsy. SYW in Cbus again opening night to hear RTTG and DRulz. Unleashed tour with my sis when we had floor seating....my sis was totally blown away with LB's talent...and of course Go Insane electric! Can't wait for opening night in CBus....hope for a rockin' good time ala Mac! |

Yep, absolutley Viv....RTTG was awesome...sad Stevie felt it wasn't, but still continued with SYW
|
Every Mac, Nicks & Buckingham tour since 87 with the exception of a missed Buckingham show for OOTC & the cheesy FM w/ REO Speedwagon etc. tour.
Besides wishing I could have seen FM back when, I wish most I had been able to see Chris solo. |
I saw Unleashed and The Mask. Saw Stevie on her TOTSOTM tour and on her Gold Dust (or whatever it was called in '07) tour. Not planning to attend the new tour even though one venue is minutes from my door.
|
I've been a fan since 1975, but didn't see my first Stevie/Mac show until Stevie Nicks in 1983 for the Wild Heart tour. I've seen every Mac/Stevie show since then. Mac didn't tour in Pittsburgh for Mirage though, so I missed that one. I think one of my favorites was Stevie and Don Henley in 2005. I loved that show. I also went to Vegas to see Stevie in 2005.
