Say You Will: Favorite Non-Hits - Lindsey

Time now for voting on your favorite non-hits from Say You Will. This poll is for Lindsey's songs, removing "Peacekeeper" as it has been deemed a hit.

So, vote for 2 songs as your favorite Lindsey non-hit from Say You Will.

Poll closes in four days.

Tough call, but I went with Say Goodbye and Red Rover. Bleed to Love Her is right there, but I prefer the Dance version.

Definitely "What's the World Coming To" (oh that is a fabulous guitar solo) and "Steal Your Heart Away"

went with Come and Red Rover.

Mick

whoops I took 3. Didn't realize I had.

Copycat! Me too. Far and away, my favorite two Lindsey songs on SYW.

oh this is impossible to choose, he has way too many great songs on SYW... (and a few crappy ones like What's The World Coming To, and Aznavour-sounding singing parts of Say Goodbye).

having listened to Come and Bleed To Love Her several times live last week.... i just LOVE both of those songs.:xoxo: but i also love Murrow and Rover (which he should be doing on this tour!!).

so i can't choose... but i'll probably go with BTLH and Come, because both songs are just sooooo great on this tour!

Steal Your Heart Away and Miranda.

Steal Your Heart Away and Red Rover. (BTLH is a million times better on The Dance.)

but the dance songs are not in competition.

i will never get this rule that everybody here seems to like... why not choose the song instead of choosing a specific version?:confused:

Murrow and Steal Your Heart Away. Louie agrees with me.:xoxo:

It was tough, but I went with Steal Your Heart Away and Say Goodbye.

Bleed to love Her & Say Goodbye.
I love all, but these two have a special meaning for me. It's a very hard poll!!
Regards!

Because BTLH on SYW isn't one of my favorite songs on the album. (BTLH on The Dance IS.) :p

Murrow is one of my very favorite songs of all time, to me it is the ultimate "jam". When I really want to test a new sound system or I just want to rock out in general, it is the song I go to. Love it beyond belief.

These polls have been album specific. But, that would be a great idea for a poll -- pitting versions against each other.

I agree that it was weird to put BTLH on SYW and it's why I didn't choose BTLH in this poll. I like both versions, but The Dance would probably win out.

I chose WTWCT and SYHA.

SYHA and BTLH are peak modern Lindsey and also, not coincidentally, the most classic-sounding tracks of his tracks on the album. However, I am more than happy to see Red Rover in the top 2. Tough choice between those 3 for me.

Oh I see Say Goodbye has snuck in there. Surprising. Beautiful song though, but I prefer the live version.

No problem.

mainly because there can sooo many versions of the songs - numerous demo, live, and single/alternate edited versions, that everybody being on the same page judging the same version is the most accurate and least confusing.

Thanks, CADreaming...One of my options back in Feb was a "favorite live performance" contest which would have put all the live versions of a song fighting in out in a poll. Of course something like that could be expanded to include not just those live versions, but other versions as well.

I voted for Come and Bleed to Love Her. I've always enjoyed those songs, especially live.

Miranda and Steal Your Heart Away. I love Miranda, especially how it's featured in the Destiny Rules documentary.

Agreed, except I also like WTWCT ;) which is NOT crappy

Murrow, Come, Steal Your Heart Away and Miranda are all favorites of mine. I love this album ( Say Goodbye, I can do without - except live. ) but, as much as I love those 4 songs, it's a no-brainer for me to choose the top two: #1 - Red Rover and #2 - Bleed To Love Her

I agree. WTWCT is one of my favorites on SYW!:mad::mad:

Steal Your Heart Away wins with 24 votes, and will move on to the SYW finals.
