$250!
That's very, very, VERY steep. And the Beacon isn't all that big, either, as I recall.

This sounds wierd, but it could be a typo. I believe that happened last year too. $250 cant be right.

Macfanforever 04-18-2012 06:42 PM

I have to think about this show.$250 is steep.I hope its a typo. Also on a monday night.

I agree.I happen to think of the post that you make about these shows close together in miles.I hope she still have some energy to come out west for you guys some time.

UnwindedDreams 04-22-2012 12:06 AM

I think she should definitely visit Jimmy Fallon while she's performing in the Metropolitan area.

It was $200+ a few years ago at the Hard Rock in Biloxi MS.

I think she's trying to raise money to pay for an official fan club.
$tevie Nicks.

US $250.00 Ticket + US $24.75 Fees =
US $274.75

I'm interested to see the in-between prices, as this goes far beyond outrageous. Yes, I understand that the Beacon seats 3200 people, but she is playing other shows in the area.

I can't even imagine what Stubhub will charge.Probably US$500.00 and up.

That is strange. The Webster was cheap.

I just can't imagine someone paying that much to see
Stevie. Unless it was there one and only chance to go
to her show.

Speaking of crazy prices. This first time I saw Elvis was
in 1975 (I was a child). Without looking at my tickets, I think
they were somewhere between $12 and $15 dollars. But some
scalpers were selling close seats for $1000 dollars. Can
you imagine what that would be today???

You were one of the very lucky ones to go see Elvis. My concert going didn't start until 1977.Which it was to late for Elvis. My first Stevie concert was a whopping US$25.00.
Tee's were only US$10.oo.Key rings were about a buck.No internet .At that time It was Ticketron. Or some venues do their own ticketing.Get in line at 2am in the morning to get good seats..Wow time changed.

tothegypsy 04-22-2012 11:23 PM

I'm hoping that the highest price only applies to the first few rows.

Eugene 04-23-2012 09:04 AM

Here are the ticket prices:

$250
$175

Spacedog2 04-23-2012 09:23 AM

I remember Ticketron first concert for seeing Stevie was Hartford Civic Center May 2,1986 and saw Stevie again in July 29,1986 at New Haven Coliseum even Stevie shows were like $16 bucks back then. Waiting in line at the venue for tickets for hours to get a good seat and I think for me the last time waited in line for Tickets for a concert was Stevie's Enchanted tour in 1998 opening night in Hartford.

I usually park on the street...you're usually safe from tickets after 6:30 PM. Given it's a Monday night, it shouldn't be a problem.

You didn't need a Chase card to pay; you only needed the first six digits which I posted earlier in the week.

TrueFaith77 04-28-2012 09:05 AM
