Auugggh. Why must Dave be so cryptic? I guess I enjoy the process of the guessing game, but chances are that I'll be disappointed.

Is Dave still in IYD mode where Stevie is concerned? Is he thinking new tour + DVD(finally)?

I can't imagine that he's responding to the new rumors about Stevie wanting to pay tribute to her mom. That would surely be "just" an album, as I cannot imagine that they'd create much more than the album itself in the period of one year.

Well, if it's true that she's going to record a tribute to her mother, he could be implying that to her it is more than just an album?

It seems Dave has lit a fire under Stevie....so who knows??!! He is a go-getter...hopefully it means a new album..and maybe more touring.

It was confirmed on Fleetwood Mac News & Reviews ;) She plans to release the album in honor of Barbara, hopefully by summer. She has been writing non stop :] :D

I thought Dave was too wrapped up with his Joss Stone album/tour to know what was happening in Stevie world right now, but then again he is the great ADD multi-tasker extraordinaire. :shrug:

i doubted his texts last time around and was annoyed by the vagueness, but im not this time. He was right on for IYD (give or take some months)

I bestow a great amount of thanks to Dave for supporting and motivating Stevie.

He appears to have a great amount of energy. His productivity is at a speed boat level, where Stevie's is usually like a barge.

My prediction is absolutely nothing will happen. Maybe next year...

I'm waiting for tribute album and maybe a suprise - long overdue "Welsh Witch Christmas" album :)

My prediction is that Margi will make Stevie a brand new pair of gloves, Ledgies will spend a day complimenting them, and then we'll see them every frickin' time she appears anywhere in 2012.

I love to see a Christmas album from Stevie or even the Mac.

If she put a new album out by the anniversary of her Mother's death, it'd be a feat for modern Stevie. Heck, it'd be her shortest time between solo albums in her whole career! :nod:

i so agree with this...Mr Stewart has the ability to push Stevie in to being couragious....Could we see the IYD documentary including the passing of Stevie's mom and maybe a few new(or cover ) songs released with the documentary:confused:
