Great news! :D
It has taken time, but there are probably lots of things that have to be ready before a release.

"Bend In The Road" is a nice song! I like the version on the India Concert CD.
Wonder if it will be one or two disks...?

What I really would like to see also in 2012, is Peter Green and Friends go into a studio and record some new music with Pete Brown producing if possible. That and a new FM CD would make it a vintage year:]

I'm really hoping that we get this album in 2012. Albums don't always make it, for example I'm still waiting for Bob Weston to get his album out three years after it was supposed to be released (and let's be honest, it isn't coming).

Last year was a mixed year for the current and former FM members, with that fantastic album from Mr Burnette and a couple of others by the better known members. In 2010 we had that brilliant album from Mr Walker and a great one from Mrs Britt-Bramlett the year before that.

So may 2012 be the year of Jeremy Spencer...

to include amongst other things, more details about the forthcoming CD 'Bend in the Road'.

Yeah I know, I saw that I'd written that this morning about the Bob Weston album and just felt sad. Who would have known when I wrote that comment that we'd be losing him so soon afterwards? :(

Funny bringing up the Santana album--I don't think Bend in the Road is quite what was meant, but also I don't like Santana so I don't mind.

I've seen some examples of your artwork before and have always enjoyed your style.

Personally, I think it puts the art of a couple of your contemporaries like Pete Townshend and Ron Wood in the shade.
