Same here, Gypsy for the win :)

Straight Back (easy) and Seven Wonders (slightly less easy).

Why do people hate Fireflies?

My choices as well. You have good taste my friend.

Artemis 09-30-2011 09:38 AM

Seven Wonders, cause she didn't write it, and Straight Back, because the other four songs are just plain better.

Gypsy might as well be crowned the winner now, though.

I was just about to post something along those lines. It's pretty obvious without the poll how beloved it is.

Straight Back & Fireflies - was a close call between this & SW, but even though Stevie didn't technically write it, she sung the hell out of it. Her vocal saves it from receiving my vote this round.

Fireflies and That's Alright

Straight Back and Beautiful Child

Totally - Seven Wonders might have one of the best Stevie vocals recorded between 1986 and 1996.

This is starting to get hard. Beautiful Child and Seven Wonders.

markolas 09-30-2011 12:39 PM

Fireflies is going to make it to another round. It's such a throwaway song. I'll never understand people's musical taste around here.

I have to disagree, but say I feel the same way about Straight back and Beautiful Child.

Firefiles has a lot of personal meaning for me. Ah...to be 20 again in the summer of 1994. :)

Ashley 09-30-2011 01:47 PM

I'm going with Gypsy and Fireflies.

Because it really belonged to an earler time..it was the very last vocal of hers on record done during the cocaine and brandy years.
