Does anyone have a copy of this painting? I hear about it in an interview long ago, but never really got to see it in print. if anyone has a link please post it.

This is one of my absolute favorite interviews with Stevie!!! I just love how gracious she is here! She looks stunning too! A total class act:nod:. You know it's funny that even though she was arguably the most addicted to cocaine around this time...she did a very good job of keeping it together. Except for at the beginning when she wanted to go "inspect her face in the mirror" :roll eyes:. But that's only because we already knew. But yes, she definitely knew how to keep it together for the camera.

she held the paintings up in part 3.I love her big hair.

If only that dang book would ever actually materialize.....:mad:

My favorite part was her wearing one black glove, one white glove...at no other time in the history of the world was that acceptable..only in the 80's! :rolleyes:

Just as I had always suspected! Sister Honey is enshrouded in what looks vaguely like... female parts! Georgia O'Keefe much?

As the legend says, Sister Honey (the song) is a homage to Stevie's "Sugar walls" :p Such a rip-off of Sheena Easton...how unoriginal!! Wouldn't surprise me one bit, Stevie was soooo into this kind of Prince inspired music during this era. I could see her totally bopping and tootin' around the house to "Sugar Walls" & Apollonia 6 "Sex Shooter" :D These songs even have the same drum *SNAPS*!!:shrug:

*Ladybit comparisons notwithstanding, I quite like the drawing. It looks like stained glass.

I also adore the interview. How great are the gloves she's wearing?

I love everything about her in this interview. Everything. The hair, the clothes, the gloves, the face.

Her clothes are beautiful, I adore that jacket/dress and her hair, and she looks so beautiful ! And her hair as well, god I would love to have had her wardrobe at some points !

I've seen perfectly pleated pink parts and some dangly things resembling rare roast beef :eek: . It runs the gamut, as most things in life often do.

I had a friend who transitioned from male to female some years ago. A few weeks after the operation she came for a visit and said something to me that I knew she would only ever say to a gay man.... "so... you wanna see it?" I'm not easily shocked or dismayed so I simply replied, "sure, why not". She lifted up her skirt, dropped her panties and gave me a sneak peek. After a moment she said, "Well... does it look real?"

I said, "Compared to WHAT??? I ain't never seen one of those things before!" :lol:
