Sept and Oct down time?
 

Stevie's US tour ends Sept 4, then she's off until November when she heads to Australia.

What do you think she will be up to?

Lindsey's tour starts Sept 9, maybe she will do some dates with him?

Hopefully she'll be performing in Europe....which looks highly unlikely now. *SIGH*

In my dream, Stevie shows up to Lindsey's Chicago show. For the encore they play Frozen Love and Soldier's Angel. That would be awesome.

I guess at this point its silly to think she'll add a SoCal date in sept or oct right? Oh well, i'll always have the Wiltern.

Rest .She got to watch her health.But she might pull some surprise for us.

Yesterday I reveived an email from a friend in LA and he says: "On September 18th, I am going to Entertainment Tonight's Emmy party. Stevie Nicks will perform!..."

Could be time for a little rest and prepping & cross-promoting her IYD cd and documentary film. Didn't someone recently post that it was to be finally finished for a Sept-ish release??

This was when she said, several times, that she'd be playing in Europe. It's now almost September. I don't know what would annoy me more, that she so blatantly lied yet again or that dates were suddenly announced next week with 4 weeks notice and I couldn't get the time off work and money for travel etc in such a short time. I know, I know... that makes me sound like I'm never happy and I should just be grateful that she playes here at al but surely this isn't the best situation for fans?

If she's resting then fair play to her - she's not been in the best of health and will have just finished quite a few US dates, but an announcement retracting previous statements would be nice. Of course she is entitled to down time and we can't expect her to be "on" whenever we demand it, but the expectation for October dates came from her - she needs to take it back.

Considering I'm going all the way to New York...I'm sure she will do westcoast dates in Sept/Oct haha:laugh:

Ask your friend if he/she needs someone to go with! :D

I assume this will be in LA? If so, maybe there will be somewhere small she could play in LA around that time??

You're not serious?? She plays solo in the US all the time! You guys have just had two tours - and they were both less than 2 years after the Mac Unleashed gigs!

Californians, I feel your pain, but the UK deserves a tour more than we do.

But don't forget that the westcoast doesn't stop in CA, there's Washington & Oregon too...not to mention the whole country of Canada! Just sayin...:shrug:

In an ideal world, she'd squeeze in three West Coast dates (LA, SF and Seattle) and then spend October touring the UK after a few weeks off. In reality, I think she'll take most of September and October off, go to the UK in late October and then go straight to Australia from the UK.

Sure... And what about the spaniards?? She NEVER (solo or with the Mac) came here! That's why we're going to NY this time. We hoped she'd play London to make our trip cheaper, but... :distress:

Always one to complain you are. It was more important to you to attend your friends wedding rather than go see her when she was playing in your backyard. But noooo you just had to attend an event that isn't even gonna last a lifetime(so the statistics say).:lol:

I wouldn't count on west coast dates we are almost at Sept not going to happen due to playing with Rod on all those west coast shows! I hope she does Vegas before years end!

Whish I could have gone to the wiltern AND met her at the signing, AND go to new york to hang with Spaniards. I'm fun.

I used to live in australia it is a great place. Tried to talk with Australian ledge members many times. .must be on there ignore list.

That europeans could have had the rod stewart tour. Now because of rod freekin Stewart I don't get to hear moonlight or for what its worth live

My bet is on Hawaii for a bit before Australia to relax and to help lessen the jet lag.

i would have bet she would have done a show here in her hometown...phoenix folks always show up for Stevie...I can't believe that she's not doing Phoenix and LA..... I know the whole arguement about her recent tour w/Rod here in AZ but I think she could still sell tickets here

This would be awesome. I hope dates are announced soon if it is late October though. There are no weddings (which I ended up not attending anyway because I was taken into hospital 2 days before) or anything else then so bring it ON! I need to give my work notice of time off though...bah!

HOPEFULLY she will tour the UK! I HAVE to see her live and hopefully I have my student loan by the time ticks are announced but knowing my luck I won't lol. But yupp hopefully she does the UK and i find someone to drag a long with me. Oh how it sucks to have a different music taste from all of my friends.
