Where have you heard IYD songs playing?
 

Eating in Sizzler tonight with family and what do I hear on the muzak? SECRET LOVE! Thought i was hearing things but it definitely was it. Good thing or not? I don't want to think of this as a "straight to elevator" CD. This was in NY.

Walked into Outwrite Bookstore in Atlanta this weekend and they played the entire CD during my visit! Love Outwrite!

I haven't heard any of the songs anywhere, sadly.. except for my car haha.

Heard "Secret Love" over the speakers at Phoenix airport on Sunday night. First time I've heard it in public.

I heard "Secret Love" on my local radio station in the NY metro area...and they were very excited to play the song too!

Now to answer the question.........NO WHERE! It's quite sad!

Yeah, I still haven't heard the album anywhere in Austin (other than blasting from Livia's speakers when she drove by the other day! :p).

I emailed a local radio station to play any song from the new album. The DJ's got my email and were discussing her upcoming concert and that they wouldn't want to hear any of her new music live, they opted for more familiar and older songs to be played live. Needless to say they didn't play any song from the new album and this is a radio station that plays a variety of music but tends to focus on the younger generation and often plays a limited number of songs on repeat. Shame on them is what I say.:mad:

XM/Sirius radio plays Secret Love quite a bit on one of the stations (which escapes my mind right now). I have heard it 4 or 5 times now.

if you remember the station let me know. everytime i am in the car i search all the sirius/xm stations and can never find it playing.

I mentioned in an earlier thread that they (my local prog rock station here in Nashville) played "Moonlight" last week. It was a huge surprise (and delight) for me! Other than that, I haven't heard anything else played anywhere. :(

I heard "Secret Love" on XM's the Blend. They just changed all the station numbers and I was listening to this station by accident, and was getting ready to change over to Deep Tracks and "SL" started playing.. It sounded very nice on radio..

I have yet to hear anything anywhere ! :mad: TISL never got played either ! Stupid Ohio, we have got really good classic rock stations here but of course this isn't classic rock yet and all the other stations play top 10. I would totally freak if i heard SL or Moonlight on the radio. It's probably a good thing i haven't heard anything yet because i would prob. cause a car accident ! lol

LOL Sizzler is in Forest Hills on Metropolitan Avenue. They were playing a lot of current popular songs, so maybe it was a Sirius station. I really didn't actively listen until I heard it was Stevie.

I heard Secret Love playing on the radio on Dairy Queen. Eating the best ice cream & listening to the best music = DREAM COME TRUE :D

the album was playing in barnes and noble today, in its entirety.

I heard "Secret Love" twice on the radio on my local light rock station, both times after midnight.

Once was when I was coming home from karaoke. The second time was the night I was coming home from the Heart And Sour Tour stop in Philadelphia.

I just took my Mom out to eat for Mother's Day and it was on in the restaurant, but I haven't heard it on the radio yet.

Heard "Secret Love" while at my dermatologist's office yesterday. I think they have satellite radio.

So......it's Thursday may 12. 4:00 pm. We are boarded at JFK for our flight to Vegas ,sitting on the plane waiting to start taxiing

We hear the usual... Turn off all blah blah blah

What song then comes on throughout the plane? Not not headsets but piped in for all to hear

Whoa- that's a trip. I don't think I've ever heard music overhead before on a flight. Then again, most of my flights are short, like to Vegas (50 minutes), so maybe that's why.

Played at PF Changs at the Trop in Atlantic City! I was quite shocked but loved it of course. Even more surprising I guess since we found out that FWIW will be the second single. Beyond that all I've ever heard from IYD was Secret Love once on the radio- WYEP in Pittsburgh. Wondering if anyone else has had serendipitous IYD encounters like Annabel Lee?

I heard "Secret Love" in Kohl's Friday night. :)

I've heard OOTC songs at PF Chang's on multiple occasions. They have them on some kind of loop.

I haven't heard anything off of In Your Dreams yet and I'm starting to feel like the only one! Actually, I usually just hear the hits when in public... once, I heard "Thrown Down" in Walgreens and I was so surprised that I let out an obnoxious squeal/gasp.
