Anybody feel like sharing? I'm not normally a demo collector, but I finally got around to listening to the GoS bootleg, and now I'm jonesin' for some more LB.

Specifically I'm looking for Blue Turns To Grey, Wear You Down, and Given Thing, if anyone feels up to tracking those down. Really though, I'll take anything ya might wanna throw at me. :D I'm sure there are some other newer fans that'd also greatly appreciate this stuff.

Hello all---

Speaking of the GoS bootleg, is it still out there on the net? My computer died, and I lost my lossless/FLAC version of it. I remember downloading it from a FM torrent site, but I'm no longer able to access torrent sites.

Is it out there on one of the upload sites, like megaupload or sendspace?

News of SEEDS WE SOW has got me in the mood to rediscover Lindsey's other solo records, so I was pretty shocked when I realized that I have LOST the original GoS.

Isn't there a Lindsey solo version of "Peacekeeper?" I seem to recall it not being among the original GIFT OF SCREWS tracks, but it came out sometime between the original GOS and SAY YOU WILL.

Thanks for all these demos guys...haven't heard them in years.

Got one question if this helps at all. There is one Fleetwood Mac demo/jam -- it sounds more like a jam they did around Tusk era -- that's purely instrumental. It's got that fuzzy guitar lead like in The Ledge and in Tusk. I haven't heard it in a while and have been trying to find it.

Are you talking about Teen Beat?

There are Deluxe versions of Rumours and Tusk that have some outtakes on them. There are about 6 different versions of Lindsey's Tusk songs and the Deluxe Rumours has some jams.

It's not Teen Beat and not on any album. Pretty much Lindsey playing a fuzzed out guitar and John and Mick. No keys, no vocals. Has a very America feel to it.

I love it!!!! Thanks so much. To be honest, I bet this is a demo that Lindsey made on his own, just a piece that he brought in into the Tusk-sessions with the band. The bass doesn't sound like John, and although Mick can drum very unconventional, this is not a drummer at work to my ears...
