Emergency
This person leaked the complete album on youtube. The quality is terrible, but still... Take a minute to report him/her:
http://www.youtube.com/user/raincaster21 |
I just flagged and reported
|
Do you think the reason the album is being streamed on Rolling Stones website is because they knew some butthole would leak it?
|
probably. more than likely they were preempting the european release.
|
raincaster left me a message for reporting him
Why would you report me...thats ****ed up......did u ever wonder HOW i got this...Stevie's publicist has something to do with this ok...stay out of it...thus the reason youtube let me upload it at all. Dont bother..... His message is a bunch of BS, idiot |

If Stevie and her people had anything to do with it, the songs would be posted on HER official YouTube channel. |
quite curious. Did you send a note letting him/her know you were reporting or did youtube provide him/her with that information?

but if he had permission from stevie's publicist and youtube he wouldn't be getting upset over being flagged. |
Like Stevie says 'Sometimes it's a Bitch"...
Sometimes (more than not) people are morons.. |
Whoa what a lie !
I tried to flag as well but i dont know if it worked ... |
While I agree that these should be taken down, let me ask you this:
If the album hadn't leaked anywhere yet, would everyone still be in a fuss? |

the rolling stone stream will go down, but this stuff stays up and will affect sales |

That's bull****! By the quality of the sound I would say that he recorded the album from the RS stream.

Stevie and her people pride themselves on the quality of her work. If they wanted it to "leak" and spread fast, then they would have handed it off to someone with more than 30 subscribers on YouTube  |
Plus, if they wanted to create a buzz, they would have leaked demos/outtakes or snippets of songs.

curious again. hasnt there been some videos, such as the sneek peek from dave and the secret love video, that individuals captured and then placed on youtube unofficially? and was not the secretlove mp3 that was released early as a download with advance purchase placed into video format for placement on youtube?

Stevie Nicks' youtube account is subscribed to whoever this guy is...
|
Never mind, he's subscribed to Stevie.
Embarrassing :) |

Edit: It's an easy mistake! |
You guys are so over reacting.
Honestly everyone album leaks nowdays. I'll probably get yelled at, but it's the simple truth. To say that this is going to lose her album sales is to say that every artist with music on Youtube (which is pretty much every artists) is losing a huge amount of sales. I mean, is it perferable? No. But it's pointless to get this upset imo. But maybe that's just me. |

I was too slow for you. |

A. YouTube doesn't allow you to (easily) download songs to your computer B. This person has 30 subscribers! Oh, the humanity! |

As a musician friend recently stated when someone ripd music to put to video montage "YouTube is the intellectual property wild west and chances are they are just big fans of the music." There is no way the stream would NOT be rippd for upload, sooner or later, crappy audio or HQ. |

I've never been around such a large group of drama queens on the internet.:D |

there's HQ version on you tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZifu4hFKiU
|
These are ripped from a CD. :distress: Couldn't they wait ONE WEEK after the album was out? And I know this beyonceshusband guy from youtube. He's been uploading Stevie videos for a long time, and whenever some of his videos are taken down, he reuploads them again. He is obviously a fan, so why does he do this!? Maybe somebody should try to contact him.

It's a good resource imo. |

@DaveStewart DaveStewart @jondalar41 that's a pain |

And honestly....most of her fans have bought multiple copies. There's nothing saying that this person hasn't either right? And also, exposure on Youtube could be good for getting people who don't know Stevie to listen to this album, which could equal new fans and more sales for Stevie. It could be a good thing. |
