If you would like to CANCEL your ORIGINAL ORDER and place an order for the Limited Fan Edition, follow these steps.
*Cancelations and upgrades to receive your order for release date must be placed by April 17th 11:00PM PST or your regular order will ship.

Respond to this email and request that your original order be cancelled. Provide your original order number, if possible.

I just got the same e-mail too a little while ago. Since I already had placed an order yesterday for the Limited Fan Edition, I decided to cancel my original order. I will be buying a copy of the regular edition the day it comes out... that way it follows the tradition of TISL & Say You Will for me! There is something fun about making that purchase, opening it in the car and listening to it on the way to home or wherever your destination might be!

I'm actually very surprised and delighted by the thoughtfulness on their part here to offer this upgrade option to the ones who had already ordered.

Interesting. I don't see an option to buy the limited edition on Warner's site, though? :shrug:

Ugh, I am glad they gave us this option but I am pissed that I decided to do it! It is now going to cost me a whopping $34.08 for this album. Oh Stevie, you better be worth it damnit! And sign my litho while you are at it!

Hmmm, I got mine today as well. I'd like to upgrade to the limited edition and think I will, however I'm a little confused becasue I'm also interested in the iTunes version, which may be a little different? Maybe I'll get them all, lol!

Check your junk emails, that's where mine was. I'm leaving everything as is, keeping both orders - don't want to risk them screwing something up. If I receive neither copy in the mail by May 3, I'll be buying my third copy from a local retailer (Waterloo for you Austin peeps!).

I just replyed to them to cancel my original order. That's actually nice of them to allow you to cancel your original order so that you can get the Limited Edition without spending an arm and a leg on two albums.

Plus, I know at the stroke of midnight on May 3rd I'll be buying it on iTunes anyway so for me, I'll still be ending up with more than one copy.

Ok - I've preordered. I wouldn't normally but thought sod it - I want the lithogrpah and the edition with the videos! I was slightly concerned that they made me put a State in even after I had selected UK from the drop down list of countries. I ended up just putting Scotland in the state field. The address looked fine when I got to the final screen though.

Also, I was pleasantly surprised that my shipping charge wasn't more than the $9.99 that others have been charged! I just really hope that they can ship to the UK...

Oh, and does anyone know - do they not charge your card until the item ships in a few weeks or are they one of those annying companies that charge you immediately?

They won't charge your card until it's shipped... They'll authorize the payment, but the actual charge won't go through until they ship. If you pay using paypal, which I did on the first pre-order, they take the cash right away...

Thanks for this. I didn't think they would (they're not really allowed to) but thought I'd check so I know just how much I have to spend without it coming off for the rest of the month!

Stevie Nicks Reprise

I couldn't care less about the lithograph - I'd only be ordering this for My Heart, and I'm not sure I want to spend an extra $10 for one song.

yeah,I got it yesterday. I don't care about the lithograph but I do want the extra song, especially if it's not available anywhere else. If its sequenced in and not just tacked on to the end it will be even more special so I'll probably end up shelling out the extra 7 bucks. It's Stevie, after all...:D

Just out of interest, did you have any problem pre-ordering from Warners and asking for it to be shipped to the UK? I really want to go ahead (I can't wait until the end of June!) but I'm scared they won't be able to ship it...

Did anyone who canceled their original pre-order get any kind of e-mail verification that it was in fact canceled after they did it?

no i sent 2 emails to them and got no confirmation. i am not pre-ordering the deluxe version until i find my original one was canceled.

i just received this, just thought i give a heads up since i know others upgraded & were wondering if their 1st order was indeed canceled:

I got confirmation of my cancel and then I just ordered fan edition.

Just got my cancellation also.

I did put this in my original post - see above. I was worried too but more p***ed off than anything. I'm sick of not being able to get stuff like this because I live in the UK. It's unfair and completely ridiculous that they insist in a State field. Warners is a multinational company! I decided to just go for it and if it turns out they can;t ship then just wait for my rant...

By the way, if you just order from amazon.com (not.co.uk) (regular edition not fan one) then you'll be absolutely fine getting it shipped to the UK. I've done that several times. Just means we'll be waiting 7-10 days but it will get delivered fine. I've got it on preorder there in case warners can't deliver.

lol i just got my cancellation email too and i went right to the page and ordered the limited edition version. cant wait!! i will definitley be getting this on itunes though as well.

Pre-ordered mine this morning. I'm so excited! It all seems real now :]

on second thought, I've decided against the upgrade. Some kind soul posted the demo of "My Heart" and I think the song sucks. I know that was only the demo but I don't like the lyrics AT ALL and the melody to me unmemorable. The whole song sounds very forced. I may end up loving the Dave Stewart version but for now I'm gonna pass. Besides, I could care less about that lithograph so there's just not enough to sell me on this.

Canc. my orginal order and re-ordered the Fan Special Addition!~

Is anyone else seeing the charges still on their card for both? I cancelled, got an email that my original order was cancelled, and re-ordered, and got a confirmation that my re-order was confirmed...yet both charges are still "ghost" appearing on my card.

I already paid for the 1st on with Paypal, so I'll be curious how soon I get the refund. I haven't gotten the cancellation email yet....

I got my cancellation email shortly after I cancelled (the first one) It said something to the effect that the 'ghost charge' might still appear on my statement, but that it would disappear shortly - I haven't checked to see if it has yet, though...
