Official Track Listing
Thanks to bleudenim who originally posted this in the "New Album Track Listing (updated)" thread...
Just thought I'd repost in a new thread since the original one is fairly lengthy and full of speculations. I guess we can put the speculations to rest since we apparently have an official track listing: http://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/C...337698/#tracks 1. "Moonlight - A Vampire's Dream" 2. "For What It's Worth" 3. "In Your Dreams" 4. "The Ghosts Are Gone" 5. "Secret Love" 6. "The Soldier's Angel" 7. "Annabel Lee" 8. "Italian Summer 9. "Everybody Loves You 10. "Wide Sargasso Sea" 11. "You May Be The One" 12. "Cheaper Than Free" |
Great...
Good to see this in final version!!

As I just posted in the other "track list" thread, I tweeted Dave a few minutes ago:
Me: @DaveStewart A NZ-based retailer has a tracklisting posted...did the New Orleans song not make the final cut? Dave: @jtwill84 he must have it wrong So perhaps that list is not completely accurate. |

Ok the first eight songs listed here are in the exact order that the people that attended the event last month in San Diego said that they were played in so i'm thinking this could be accurate.
|
It's totally possibly that the New Orleans track is titled The Ghosts Are Gone.

I hope that "Cheaper Than Free" is not really last.
It should be buried somewhere in the mi...well, it should just be buried. |

That is a list from wikipedia. It's one track short.
Liz Rozenberg's press release states that Stewart and Nicks co-wrote 7 of the disc's 13 songs. http://classicsdujour.com/peimages/ADreamComeTrue.pdf |

People who went to San Diego hear The Ghosts Are Gone, so was it the New Orleans song?
And yes, they recorded atleast 14 songs, if not 15! We better get some B-sides!! |
^I want 'em all!! :)

I'm sure Stevie mentioned that she had cowritten "The Ghosts are Gone" with UK singer Amanda Ghost, it is also described as a rocker by all that have heard it.There is a snippet of the New Orleans song that she performs onstage with Fleetwood Mac on youtube ..it is kind of a slow song.I'm starting to think it may not have made the cut and this is the final tracklist.
|
New Orleans is still titled "New Orleans" and is track no. 5 on IYD.

I didn't know I needed to reveal a source. I was just simply letting everyone know that New Orleans is most definitely on the album and is track no. 5, so whoever made this list, did get it wrong. Believe me or don't, but I'm just confirming it IS on the album.

Rhiannon5354, do you know if the rest of the track listing is in the correct order as was posted? Does this mean we can just bump the rest of the tracks up a number?
Meaning THIS would be what it looks like... 1. "Moonlight - A Vampire's Dream" 2. "For What It's Worth" 3. "In Your Dreams" 4. "The Ghosts Are Gone" 5. "New Orleans" 6. "Secret Love" 7. "The Soldier's Angel" 8. "Annabel Lee" 9. "Italian Summer 10. "Everybody Loves You 11. "Wide Sargasso Sea" 12. "You May Be The One" 13. "Cheaper Than Free" Please, if you have INDEED seen the tracklist, confirm for the rest of us. |

I don't want to step on anyone's toes over here, but it's not up to me to post the tracklisting, not until Stevie's camp reveals it. It seemed everyone was asking about New Orleans and I wanted to assure people that it did make the cut (as Dave confirmed). I have read this board for years and always visit, I'll just continue to be a lurked from here on out because my tone was intrepted wrong. Sorry for ruffling any feathers. |

1. "Moonlight - A Vampire's Dream" - Oregon 5. "New Orleans" - New Orleans 7. "The Soldier's Angel" - Iraq & Virginia I think 8. "Annabel Lee" - England 9. "Italian Summer - Italy 11. "Wide Sargasso Sea" Italy, Sicily |
not sure where Annabel Lee is set ..I'd say a mythical "kingdom by the sea" moreso than England.Poe is American by the way.
